A: Hi, the question is really about supplying enough power to the apple super driver, which is a DVD reader/writer. The drive will work on my 2017 macbook pro if I use a straight (not smart, not active) USB-C - USB-A adapter plugged directly into one of the 4 thunderbolt ports, but will not work with the cal-digit dongle, for example. With the M1 Macbooks I only get two ports; if I use one to power the laptop, and plug the drive+adaptor, that leaves *NO* ports for anything else.

A: However, it is able to play the stereo that is plugged into the Apple TV. I have a Sonos system and it plays the Playbar and the paired 1s associated with it. Although I can’t make a group which includes the TV and the other Sonos speakers or the HomePod.

[Gray] So I originally bought 2 of these so that my wife could have one, and one for me. Just for music. Just for laughs and giggles , we paired them as a stereo set and used them as a soundbar for her 55 inch TV in the other room. WOW! These things sound fantastic using them that way. And playing music through them was equally impressive. So glad we got these, and B&H was fast to ship and easy to deal with.( had a few questions that were answered quickly) Thanks! 5

[Gray] Purchased three rolls of this. Black on one side and grey on the other. Not sure if it even comes any other way It will be used to cover a 53 Ft by 31.5 foot stage. The wings are not covered except with some small 15 ft leftovers. The stock rolls 131' are too heavy to handle by yourself without a dollie. About 270 pounds per roll. Get 6 or 8 inch plastic pipe three to four inches longer then the 63 width on both ends to hang in holders. Thewse pipes are used to roll the cut pieces up onto. I'm making 3 carts to carry 2 rolls each. One person will then be able to move the floor pretty easily. If you take care of the floor it will last a very long time. I have another floor that is used on concrete, pavement and tile. I've had it for about 20 years. Still good. Still used. If used out doors be sure to sweep the area for small rocks - they will puncture the floor if large enough. The price at B&H was the best I could find. Shipping was reasonable but added to the cost. Shipping was reasonably fast. 5

[Gray] I bought this one on Black Friday. What a deal :) Of course, best sound quality among smart speakers. I thought Siri would be dumb, but she was quite smarter than I expected. Turning on the Hue light with Siri was faster than Alexa for me. I LOVE this. 5

[0.24 lb] I've updated my previous rating from 4 to 5 stars. The reason being that I discovered if I place the Homepods at ear-level and equidistant from a listening position, I get the imaging and depth I thought were missing months ago. At that time I place them on top of my existing speakers and they were slightly above my ear level. Now, with the lower placement I get more precise imaging of the music. The precision of vocals, esp females like Jennifer Warnes, is excellent. If there is a fault, it may be the upper frequencies that seem to drop off, or it may just be my aging hearing abilities. I really am enjoying the Homepods much more now. Siri has gotten better too, with the recent software updates. Highly recommended! 5

[0.24 lb] I bought this to pair with a homepod purchased a few months ago. Was not disappointed. Enjoyed having one. Love having two for full stereo room filling sound. Siri works great as well. 5
