The Ultralight CAK-DMB-05 Cinema Arm Monitor Mount Kitincludes the hardware to build a six-joint articulating ball arm. The kit includes one AD-1420-2S ball adapter, one AC-MB Monitor Mount, two DB-05 arms, and three AC-CSF clamps. The right-angle monitor mount features a 1/4"-20 stainless steel mounting thumbscrew in a slot, as well as coated pins that prevent your monitor from twisting on the mount. The clamp is black in color, made from 6061 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with Type III anodizing. The mounting screws are made from 316 stainless steel.

Q: 1. How close to the mounting edge can I place two 27" monitors? How much space does it require behind the desk? I want my monitors as far back as possible.

A: Yes the Blackmagic Pocket 6k Pro can be used with the ATEM Camera Control Panel, but it needs to be connected to a ATEM Switcher. Most of Blackmagic products are compatible to be used together.

Q: 3. The description states it will support displays 15 to 27 long... Does this mean display size (diagonal measurement) or the actual physical width of the display?

A: The description is referring to the width of the monitors.

Q: 4. Can I transfer files on the CFast card to my Mac from the camera with a USB C cable? Or will a CFast card reader be required?

A: You would need a card reader to download files from your CFast Memory Cards to your computer.

Q: 5. Does this mount allow for mounting to a table by drilling bolts through the actual table? I've used single monitor mounts that have the table clams and/or drilling through the table.

A: I am afraid not. The LeviTouch easily attaches to most desks up to 3.5" thick, and only requires 2.5" of mounting depth on the underside. Simply tighten the clamp around the edge of your desk, no tools are required.

Q: 6. I shoot mostly indoors in small spaces (small bedrooms etc). I'm concerned about fan noise. Would you say the black magic 6k pro has fan noise comparable to an atomos ninja v monitor? Can the 6k pro fan be turned off? Would you say the fan noise is louder or quieter than something like the sony fx3?

A: Major improvements have been implemented where the fan noise is at a -6db. which does not disturb any production using shotgun or lava mic. Internal mic does pick up some noise but not like the first version.

Q: 7. Is this compatible with the SmallHD Cine 7 monitor?

A: Yes, the SmallHD Cine 7, has x4 1/4" mounts with locating divots, which can accept the screw and pin set from the Ultralight 25mm Ball Adapter Monitor Mount for SmallHD On-Camera Monitors.

Q: 8. How does the camera control panel control the cameras? What is the connectivity to the switcher since these cameras don't have SDI?

A: The Blackmagic Design ATEM Camera Control Panel can control the Blackamgic Pocket cinema cameras buy connected the control panel to an ATEM switcher. You can connect the Blackmagic Pocket cameras to an ATEM switcher via the HDMI and then have the ATEM Camera Control Panel connected to the switcher via an ethernet cable. That's how the three pieces communicates to each other.

Q: 9. Can the Blackmagic Design Zoom Demand control be used with this camera?

A: Unfortunately the Blackmagic Design Zoom Demand is not compatible with the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro (Canon EF).

Q: 10. Does this mount work for both 27 iMac and PC Monitors?

A: The 27 iMac with 5K Retina display is not VESA wall mountable.

[1/4"-20 Male ] Got this to mount my follow focus off of my 1303 at a comfortable distance and it works great for it. The arms hold tighter than most other brands so it supports the weight of it very well. Combined with the 3/16 with locator pins on one side and the cinelock on the other and two of the clamps with cutouts makes it very adjustable, versatile, and stabile. Would recommend to any camera assistant. 5
