Usually what I purchase from them is usually well beyond my experience so their advice, trustworthy, clear and patient overviews are necessary for me. One of my experiences was one of your people honestly said he didn't know too much about what I was asking for and moved me to someone that did know. My only criticism is the tendency for businesses to ask me to rate something very simplistic in this case a plug in another case screws I find that utterly wasteful. Were there something wrong the business would her about it soon enough. 5
