[400 x 400 mm] My pole came missing the top and bottom rubber cups so I contacted B&H and was quickly given a RMS shipping label to return it for replacement (thanks to B&H for the quick service). I got a replacement quickly that has worked out perfectly. It allows for very tight placement of a strobe in difficult situations. Useful tool. 5

[400 x 400 mm] Great product, well made, easy to use -- the range of length is very useful; I use this product in my studio to provide a monitor in some situations, and when not in use, simply adjust the height and the TV display goes up into the space between rafters. Of particular note is the ball-head adjustment, which allows the display to be tilted in various directions, really useful. 5

[-12 to 12°] I needed a pole to hang a wireless antenna for a calving camera. It needed to be located in my kitchen//living room and I wanted something that not only worked, but looked attractive as well. I needed something that was easy to put up and then take down easily. [400 x 400 mm] I ordered 3 of these stands for Kid's check-in station for church. Mount it also sells a printer tray that is perfect for the label printer needed for kid's check in. I did a web search for anything like this (both an Ipad holder and a printer tray in a slim design) and this was the only one I found. One note is that the stands can be drilled to the floor for stability, but I didn't want to do that. They could be more stable. I may drill an eyelet into the wall and stabilize them against the wall with fishing wire instead of drilling the stand into the concrete floor. 5

[-12 to 12°] Useful when an Autopole is overkill. These are lighter and can be used with less tension. In a narrow room, they can be used between walls to hang a backdrop. Not as strong as a real light stand, but with near-zero footprint, they're very useful in tight spaces. 5
