[0.43 lb] I am using this for the Hasselblad X1D ii with a 120mm lens in portrait mode. So having it sideways on the tripod, the little stubby legs prevent the camera from dropping the lens side down and basically unscrewing itself from the QR plate. A little pricy but robust build. A side note* mind did NOT come with the extra white washer tab as seen in the picture to hold the larger screw. 5

[1/4"-20 Male ] Great build, the locating pins are flush on the mounts, and I prefer them just a little tight because they get worn out in the long run but definitely worth the investment. These will probably last forever. 5

[2] A great inexpensive option for basic mounting on S and SC gimbals. Plenty of articulation and clearance for all your basic monitors and small LED lights. Can't really beat it for 16 bucks. It's also conventional rigging so if you have camera cages or other stuff it will work with that too. 5

[1/4"-20 Male ] I have several of these and I'm not afraid to put digital recorders, monitors with batteries, etc. on them. They really hold a lot of weight right where you put it. The 1/4 screw design on both ends is MUCH better than just the stud with a plastic 'locking' collar. 5
