The 500' long white Genesis Series 18 AWG Unshielded Zipcord Cable with 2 Unpaired Conductors from Honeywell comes in a pull box packaging. The cable offers a gauge size of 18 AWG. It is unshielded and features a general-purpose jacketing material. Applications for these cables include control cables (Lutron systems and Crestron systems), alarms, intercoms, speakers, and other low-voltage circuits that are power limited. This cable can also be your complete solution for high-end audio transmission, stereo, professional audio systems, and home theater systems.

The zipcord cable features WaveFLEX flexible jacketing technology. WaveFLEX jacketing makes the cable easier to strip, improving performance while reducing the likelihood of kinks and tearing braids or shielding. [23 pf/ft] As an integrator of 25 years, I've run miles of cable, and most of those were done with Genesis (formerly Honeywell Genesis). The outer jacket is a dream to score/open, I never knick the conductors like so many others that are too tight and/or rubbery. Inner divider is 2x the size of many others, the pairs are evenly/tightly twisted, preventing signal loss and cross-talk. I've run full fluke testing on 10Gb for 10ft or less, and up to 2.5Gb pushing 400ft. Lives up to the on label, and cheaper/easier than CAT6A. Don't mess with the cheap stuff - get the Genesis! 5
