[Polypropylene] The design and construction of this bike bag is very nice. I just returned from a trip and it protected my bike perfectly both ways. It's very sturdy when all zipped up. I have a large carbon bike and the total weight of the bag and bike was 62.4 pounds, well within the 70 pound limit from the airline. The front wheel made it very easy to navigate while traveling. The bike stand is extremely useful and made the breakdown and reassembling my bike easy. Recommend you get some brake pad spacers to use when the wheel is off the bike. Besides that, rest assure your bike is protected.

[Polypropylene] This is the best dang bike bag out there. It's incredibly feature rich and easy to use. The pain of breaking down and setting up your bike while traveling is gone. No more getting grease on the sheets of your hotel bed when the bike falls over while you try to mount the handlebars. Buy it.

[0.37 lb] Bought it to attach my phone to my DJI Ronin so I could use it as a monitor for my GH4 through the Panasonic app. Goes on easy and holds phone pretty tight. Not worried at all about it falling off while shooting.

[0.37 lb] I went with this based on the recommendation of a high-end LBS that also organizes European bike vacations. I really wanted to keep the combined weight of bike and bag under 50 pounds so that it didn't incur additional fees, and the Roundtrip leaves a couple of pounds to spare. Thule's pictographs (Thuleglyphs?) are not always the easiest to decrypt, but I only scratched my head on a couple of occasions the first time I used it, and breezed through on the return trip. I would have preferred a padded cover/pocket for the rear derailleur but was able to approximate one using bubble wrap that came with the case. The included work stand is incredibly useful. I had been warned that TSA will open bike cases without exception and that they don't always close them up as they should. Sure enough, TSA left their calling card on each leg, but everything inside was as it should have been. There's just no logical way to close it back up other than the right way. It's so easy to use that I'm contemplating using it for quick trips that allow time for only one ride. The biggest issue I encountered was the variability of "XL" offerings from rideshare services--but we got it to fit in even the smallest SUV that qualifies for that distinction.

[Polypropylene] WOWOWOW, I have used this for several trips and I owned the old roundtrip cases in the past. I purchased the MTB version because I have varying category bikes and after reviewing the fit and size I opted for the larger MTB case; worked out great for all my bikes for air travel.
I have to be a bit creative to fold my road bars in the MTB case due to cutout/straps meant for flat bars but overall excellent design and easy to use. The inside pads that are snapped to the case have much room to accommodate a wide range of bike sizes and fit, it's really well designed.
I was even able to fit my regular 56cm gravel bike with dropper into the case WITHOUT having to remove the seatpost! The only thing I wish they had done was make the removable wheel snap and roll away instead of a fully removable item and required to be removed prior to drop off, I have to triple remind myself to not loose it in transit! When not in use the folded mode is really neat!
