A: Hi Justin,The top handgrip is secured directly to the top of the camera with screws. Also, the holes on the handle are threaded.

Q: 10. Will this work with the Zacuto Universal Baseplate?

A: Yes, this 15mm rod will work with not only the Zacuto VCT Universal Baseplate, it will be compatible with any 15mm LWS system.

[Topside Handle] I have a Blackmagic URSA mini and needed a way to hold the shoulder rig in place. This works. If you know how the camera is set up, the handles work well to put the camera on a flat surface. Throw it on a tripod...ad on the shoulder - very quick. Build is good, grip is comfortable, feels like it will last a while. i like it 5

[Topside Handle] Purchased this for a pretty heavy camera rig and it performs awesome. The unit is super solid and really well made, the joints lock down very firm and are overall fairly easy to adjust. The quick release for the rails is also another big plus. My only complaint is the handles themselves tend to get a bit slippery if you hands get sweaty. I would also say the handles are a tish to small for my liking but still very nice, a great piece of kit! 5

[Aluminum] Not shown in the photo are two screws that this clamp comes with. It fits securely and you can really tighten this thing down with no worries of stripping components. 5
