This Quantum Rear Extension Plate by Global Dynamics Unitedfrom Quantum Rear Extension Plate by Global Dynamics Unitedis used to extend your rearward mounting capability on your camera system. This allows you to mount and protect larger batteries and other gear between the camera and the body pad. The extension provides an extra 2.5" of space, creating over 4" of space overall. The extensions can be consecutively stacked to further increase the space. The extension comes with 1/4"-20 and M4 threaded holes as well as three hidden 1/4"-20 slots for bolting from underneath.

Finally, the 120mm would be best for larger camera setups like the Panasonic Varicam, Sony CineAltas, or Arri Alexa LF.

[Black] Love this battery. - ordered two for my Sony FX9. They last about 2.5-3 hours running straight through, powering the camera and Ninja V. Plus, they look way cooler than other v-mounts. Haha. 5

[Black] Works perfect, using it to add more counterweights on a lens heavy Komodo setup on a RS3 Pro. Only slight negative is that it can be a little hard to connect an SDI cable around the plate. Just connect the cable first, then attach the plate. 5

The stock cap that comes with the camera is sufficient but why stick with sufficient when you can have this rugged, good looking cap protecting your sensor? You'll be the envy of everyone on set when you pull out your camera body with this cover mounted. 5

[0.18 lb] Since the RED Komodo Body only came with an RF mount body cap, I needed a PL body cap to use on my PL to RF adapter that I leave on for use with my PL lenses. This thing is a solid piece of aluminum. The finish work is flawless on mine and the red color really pops when it's on the all black camera. It locks perfectly on to the PL mount without any size tolerance issues. It's not terribly expensive considering Global Dynamics United is a sort of high end accessory provider. I consider this cap to be a piece of bling for your camera. And it certainly want be lost in a see of body caps that I own wondering which camera it belongs to. 5

[0.18 lb] Excellent build quality. Relatively light. Back can be removed to then screw down 1/4-20 stuff inside the plate before putting the back to mount onto the BP slots back with screws. Lots of mounting space and keeps a pretty slim profile. Fit perfectly too better than some of the Wooden camera mounts. Protects a bit the battery contacts too maybe. 5
