Q: 9. Can this head accept the manfrotto 504 qrplate?

A: Not that I was aware of. I did just try the S4 plate on my Manfrotto 502AH head, and it fit! I have the 504P long plate for the Manfrotto so I tried it on the Benro S4 and it also fit. So yes. The 504 Manfrotto plate does fit the Benro S4 head. I use the Giottos M621 Quick Release Assembly to adapt everything on top of all my odd mount plates. Now I have a new trick. Glad you asked.

Q: 10. what do you recommend the 504XAH or Manfrotto 608 Nitrotech? not sure whats the different

A: It would depend on your setup. Both heads are great options. The biggest differences between the two are the payloads and counterbalance system. I would recommend using our "Add to compare" feature when you search both video heads. It will compare the specs side by side to help you understand the differences better.

[4] I ordered these to help with lighting for photos of my handmade cutlery. These allow me to reflect light where I need it. I put reflective paper on one of them and the black one helps block light to prevent washout on the blade portion of the knife. The fact they are freestanding is a simple but appreciated feature. 5

[Yes] Warning: This is a very heavy stand that is well designed to prevent tipping. It comes with the hardware to attach 2 screens but can accommodate up to four. The real beauty of the product is the screen mounts attach directly to the screen and then are easily hung onto the floor stand with the securing done leisurely without having to support the screen. This is a true industrial grade product but is stylish as well. 5

[4] Well made, and well thought out to accommodate nearly any mounting desire or height. Comes with theft resistant bolts so no one can easily steal the screen but also means you must use their supplied allen wrench (center is drilled out). You could easily use your own hardware that is left over from the small parts that typically come with a TV mount. NOTE you do not need an additional mount with this system, you can attach the screen right to the stand. BUT it can't tilt or articulate. It will just be perfectly parallel with the uprights. This can easily accomodate 4 screens as advertised. 5
