Faithfully recreating the sound and look of a pedal that helped define '90s distorted guitar playing, the ShredMaster from Marshall Amplification is a high-gain distortion pedal that delivers swathes of ground-shaking gain, ideal for saturated rhythm sounds and searing solos. Famously used by many '90s guitarists, such as Johnny Greenwood of Radiohead, Alex James of Blur, Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine, and many more, the ShredMaster has long been favored for creating walls of cascading distorted guitar, and this exactly replicated pedal, down to the case design and circuitry, provides all the same power in an authentically UK-manufactured steel case that will survive for years of touring and studio work.

The ShredMaster sports plenty of tone-shaping control via dedicated bass and treble control knobs as well as a contour control that changes the character of the midrange response and simultaneously enhances the treble and bass frequencies. You can also set pre-distortion gain levels as well as output volume. A red LED above the footswitch becomes illuminated when the effect is active.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Description says SDI and HDMI output but the images only show a labelled SDI port.. where's it hiding?

A: The image of the Marshall Electronics CV348 Compact 3G-SDI/HDMI POV Camera is not the version with both outputs. Rest assured, this model does have both outputs.

Q: 2. Since I bought this speaker In the US, I'm a little concerned if it switches from 110 to 240 volt by itself? I live In Europe.

A: The Marshall Acton III Bluetooth Speaker System (Black), BH # MAACTIONIII, will auto-switch for 100 to 240 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz voltage. Just adapt the North American, twin-bladed AC wall plug to your local configuration.

Q: 3. Does this monitor work with the Marshall Horizon Indicator? (V-LCD-HI)

A: We're afraid not. The V-LCD-HI is not compatible with this monitor.

Q: 4. Is there a D-Tap power cable compatible with this monitor and a Watson Pro Gold Mount camera battery?

A: This monitor has a 4 Pin XLR for power. You could try the Watson Pro D-Tap to 4-Pin XLR Cable (19") BH #WACADTAPXLR. https://bhpho.to/38i0YQ6

Q: 5. Is the software Windows only, if so, will there be MacOS software in the future?

A: The software for the Marshall Electronics CV504 Full HD Micro POV Camera is Windows-based, and it would be at the discretion of the manufacturer to release a macOS version.

Q: 6. Is it compatible with Sony NP-F style batteries?

A: Yes it is. The Marshall Electronics 7" 1024 x 600 Camera-Top Monitor with Sony Battery Mount is compatible with NP-F style batteries.

Q: 7. Is this connector a two pin male?

A: This has a Conxall connector for select Marshall products.

Q: 8. Does this de-embed the SDI embedded audio?

A: According to the manual, it does not seem like the Marshall Electronics AR-DM51-B Digital Audio Monitor with LCD de-embeds the SDI embedded audio.

Q: 9. is there a mounting fixture so i could hang the monitor below a shelf?

A: All four side of the monitor have 1/4 screw holes for mounting. I would then think of using a articulating arm such as this Marshall Electronics Articulating Locking Arm (11 ). How you attach it to the shelf depends. I would first go with this 16x9 Inc. Cine Lock Quick Release Mounting Device. Not only will lock the monitor in place, you can easily break down for transport if necessary. If the Cine Lock is not right for you, you might like a clamp like this Manfrotto Nano Clamp with 3/8 -20 to 1/4 -20 Screw Adapter. Have fun. :-)

Q: 10. Does it have an Image flip horizontally? This is the passive cooling system, fanless and completely quiet when turned on?

A: Yes it has the ability to flip the image horizontally, vertically, or both. The passive cooling system doesn't "turn on" because it does not require any fans or components that create noise. it should be silent.

[9 VDC at 9 mA] You need to download a newer driver than what is on the CD because there is a Linux kernel update.

[9 mA] It's well worth the money. Just puts the grit into everything and has a ton of starter presets you can tweak to liking. 10/10 go D16

[1 Megohm] One of my PC's doesn't have wireless. Instead to buy a board I bought this wireless that is easy to connect it to a USB and It works fine even it is located no so near of the router.

[25 Kilohms] Love the sound of electro-harmonix. this provides a great fuzz. I prefer a fuzz over a distortion. this may be my favorite pedal especially with the electro harmonix small stone.

[9 mA] Windows recognized this right way, and I was connected within minutes. Considering the path to the router, through-put is very good.

[9 VDC at 9 mA] Guests arrive to record, forgot their pedal, no problem! If the polarity is wrong for that keyboard, just switch it on the bottom. The cloudy white plastic thing pops right off if you want - seems to just be a protector for the metal finish.

[Steel] I needed this to add 5GHz capability to an old laptop that I was using as a router. The big antenna on this adapter makes it 2-3 times faster and much more stable than my old means of connecting.

For Linux, you need to get the driver package from the website, don't bother with the included disk. I used the latest version, I simply ran the install script in a terminal window, and it was up and running, that easy.

The adapter unplugs from the base and can be plugged directly into a usb port if necessary, the antenna is hinged. The base is weighted and lets you move the adapter around for the best reception.

Really can't come up with any negatives. It is hard to find a 5GHz USB Wifi adapter for Linux, and this one works very well. I'm sure the Windows and Mac support is as good.
