This Ikelite Flex Mount for Quick Release Handleconnects to the quick release grip handle on an Ikelite Flex Mount for Quick Release Handleunderwater camera housing tray, to allow for the attachment of flex arms with 3/4" diameters. These arms will provide mounting points for external strobes and video lights.

[0.11 lb] I was not sure about the quick release system at first. But after assembly I started to realize the advantages. It's great to be able to remove the arms to work on your camera (View photos, change batteries, etc) and reattached the arms in seconds. The connection points are good and solid, and no worries about them releasing in use. Very happy with this product. 5
