The black SwirlyGig Headphone Hook - Studio 4-Pack Blackby SwirlyGig Headphone Hook - Studio 4-Pack Blackis a pack of four headphone hooks and is intended for use on 0.5" diameter tubing. It fits on standard microphone stands. It is simple to use and has no moving parts, with nothing to adjust or wear out. The hook portion is about 2.5" long so it's plenty big to hold headphones, tambourines, or cables. It's made out of resilient powder coated steel with a PVC coating for grip, durability and protection.

A: The reflection filter in this kit would be too heavy to put on a studio arm with a microphone. I would suggest the Auray RF-PBO-16 Premium Reflection Filter (Plastic/Black), BH #AURFPBO16. This moel is much ;lighter, at 3.5 lbs., and made of rugged ABS plastic, with High-Density Open-Cell Acoustic Foam to absorb unwanted ambient room sound.

Q: 3. Just received. Not impressed with the sound quality. Are they at least Stereo? Thanks

A: Yes, the TH-02 headphones are stereo.

Q: 4. Is this made of metal?

A: The main portion (base and upright) of the stand is a single piece of metal. The part that the headphone band hangs on is plastic, but it slides over the metal portion of the stand, so it feels solid. The stand includes four rubber feet to put on the underside of the base to protect the surface it sits on. The whole stand exudes quality.

Q: 5. Can the stud be turned and reoriented by loosening the bolt?

A: I havent tried that but the j hook rotates freely for different mounting options. Hope this helps.

Q: 6. Could these be used to connect a 3.5mm mic to the Zoom H6 with the TRS connection (instead of using an XLR adapter)?

A: Yes it can.

Q: 7. Can this be used with a Blue Yeti microphone?

A: The Blue Yeti is not stand mountable unless using the Blue Radius shockmount.

Q: 8. Are these over ear?

A: Yes -they are circumaural.

Q: 9. What size bolt is that to go into the light? Is it a 1/4 20?

A: The bolt size on this S-Hook is M10.

[10 x 4.5 x 2"] Whenever I’m shopping for velcro-like cableties or anything cablemanagement related, I always come across the ones with high, carpetlike velcro which makes it bulky, ugly and inpractical. Now these guys are great: they’re really slim, very sturdy, just the right length and live on all my cables permanentely. I ordered a bunch of them and I love em. Great for literally anyone wanting nice and tidy cables. For less than $1 a piece it’s a steal. 5

[0.55 lb] We use headphones for band rehearsal. I had some handmade wire hangers that I bent to hold the headphones but they were completely wrapped around the mic stand and not easy to remove. So I thought I'd see what was available commercially and discovered the SwirlyHook. Its exactly what we needed. Easy to attach or remove. Easy to move up and down on the stand. More than strong enough to hold any pair of headphones. 5

[0.55 lb] I liked the idea, but was afraid it would slide down stand. NO SO! This guy has a bit of a cant to him, the more weight on the hook, the more it grips the pole. I trust it to hold my nice Grado cans, no sweat. 5
