Q: 1. Hello, do you have the PocketWizard PowerMC2 using the Frequency version that is CE 433.42 - 434.42 MHz ? Because my PocketWizard TT1 and TT5 is adopting the Frequency CE 433.42 - 434.42 MHz ?

A: Unfortunately, we do not carry the CE frequency triggers. All of the Pocket Wizard transmitters and receivers we sell are made with frequencies for the USA market. We do not offer any Pocket Wizard (or related products) with the European frequency.

Q: 2. Can you program it on the OLED screen? Or is it only for viewing the status?

A: The screen only displays information.

Q: 3. Does the laser module allow the focus module to autofocus on selected targets? Or does the focus still need to be programmed separately?

A: The edelkrone Laser Module would enable the edelkrone focus used on a HeadPLUS and HeadPLUS PRO to instantly maintain focus automatically.

Q: 4. Can I use "edelkrone Pan Pro" with the "edelkrone Sony NP-F Battery Bracket" ?

A: Although the Edelkrone Pan PRO comes with a Canon LP-E6 battery plate. the Edelkrone Power Module for V-Mount (or Gold Mount), could be used for additional power options. This is what Edelkrone suggests. https://bhpho.to/38R68rz

Q: 5. Hi. I would like to use this module with my SEKONIC L-558 light meter to trigger a Phottix wireless trigger system. Do you think it will trigger my Phottix wireless trigger system? Or this module it will work only with Pocket Wizard triggering system?

A: No, that module is only for the Sekonic L-758, L-358 & C-500R Meters. And it is designed to work with RadioPopper Nano and jrX Receivers. It is not compatible with Pocketwizards or Phottix.Sekonic just came out with a meter that is compatible with the Phottix system, Sekonic LiteMaster Pro L-478DR-U-PX.

Q: 6. - How effective is it to capture lighting strikes from thunderstorms at evening/night? And at daytime?- It seems it doesn't come with any cable, right? What exact cables do I need to trigger: Canon 5D Mark 3, Canon 70D and Panasonic Lumix G7?- What is the maximum number of shots that this can take using intervalometer mode?Thank you!!

A: there is a light sensor in the main promodule unit. the other piece is the IR module for ustilizing a wide ir beam to trigger. the sensitivity is adjustable for both light and sound as well as a built in delay of shutter release. To connect to either of those cameras there are two options, hard wire connection of pro module to camera utilizing the HL capcord set. or if you purchase the HL -CAPTUR C you then have wireless connection. PLease see www.hahnel.ie for in depth PDF's of how to connect.

Q: 7. Whats the difference between Headone and Pan Pro?

A: The Pan Pro supports up to 30 lb the Headone only supports up to 15 lb. The Headone can be paired with a second Headone to make a pan and tilt head (see Edelkrone Two HeadONE Units with Tilt Kit B&H # ED82467TK) The Pan Po only works on the Pan axis.

Q: 8. I need to freeze action (mountain bikers) in daylight using the sun as backlight and the flash to fill the shadows. From what I have been reading, this will only work at full power, which isn't necessarily an issue, since I'll be out doors I can move the light further or closer to my subject. Is this the best solution for my canon 6D (I know it's not the best for sports but it's what I've got) and pcbuf einstein combo? Right now, it's the cheapest option, besides buying a mirrorless or one of those expensive profoto all in one dealys.

A: Good question, the Einstein will certainly freeze the action at full power under strobe only, but if your only using it to fill in shadows then I doubt it will work as the maximum sync speed is pretty much limited to 1/250th they say 1/400th but i've never had any luck with that. And if your just filling in the shadows you will get too much motion if the bike is at spped.

Q: 9. Has anyone managed to sync their Einstein strobes at greater than 1/250s using the PowerMC2 on the Einstein and MiniTT1 transmitter and AC3 Zone Controller on their Nikon D700 or D800 cameras? I can't figure out how to make the HyperSync work with this combination.

A: HyperSync results vary by camera and flash. For the Einstein, you need to set the flash to full power and it needs to be in color mode. If you have trouble with your specific setup, you can check the PocketWizard Wiki and/or contact PocketWizard directly for help. Both of those cameras should be able to sync over 1/250 in HyperSync with an Einstein.

Q: 10. whats the difference between the NC1io and the NC2io?

A: What the NewTek NC2 Studio I/O Module offers over the NewTek NC1 Studio I/O Module (1 RU) is 12G-SDI and 10 GbE and support for NDI 5.

[N/A] This drum pad is exactly what I was looking for. I knew it wasn’t capable of programming different kits but wanted it for extra sounds to add to my acoustic drum kit. I played it with a choir for a song and people really liked the sound being played through a small powered speaker. Had the ride, tom, snare and kick setup and it really went well with the song. I haven’t noticed any cross talk but if the drum stick is too close to parallel you can hit two pads at the same time with the tip and shaft of the the drum stick. Great for practice with headphones. My nephew had a blast playing the cowbell and other tones while his dad and I jammed. Might need to get him one for Christmas. The adjustability with tuning and reverb gives more options to try to match pitch and ambiance. The sensitivity setting works but is not fabulous. Have not tried hooking it up to my computer yet but imagine it would work well. I would recommend this for someone looking for something to practice on or just play around with. I sawed the top off of a cheap music stand that I got for free and the mount plate slides over it perfectly with just a little bit of duct tape so it holds firm. Can’t angle it but I can adjust the height. For the price this drum pad is totally worth it. If you are more serious about performing live you’ll probably want something more versatile but this works perfect as it is intended.

[Yes] In the last year, I have bought 2 of the 12 cymbal pads and after consistent performance, I decided to buy a 14 cymbal pad and it works great with the Alesis Strike Pro module. It's actually a little more responsive than the 12 cymbal pads, so I just ordered another 14 cymbal pad tonight. I have had the 12 pads for a almost a year and no trigger issues at all, they seem durable and still trigger like new. I am very pleased with the look, performance, and price. Best of all, its nice to get away from overpriced Roland pads.

[Yes] Bought a pair of these last April and they're still going strong, no trigger issues, they've outlasted my Roland cymbals by far and I'm not a heavy hitter. Just bought a pair of the 14 cymbal pads to replace the Roland pads and I'm using all of them on an Alesis Strike pro module. Highly recommend, stop overpaying for Roland pads, even the sound module is better.
