Side access and top access available but top compartment not very large if you use pockets inside (tight squeeze for my Z50 with small kit lens with charger in pockets). Almost perfect bag.

I love all of Nomatic's gear - I have a LOT of it - and this tote holds up to all of my expectations for quality and usability.

[Zipper] I needed a pack to tote to work, on a hike, on short trips, and just a place to put my gear where I can have the peace of mind that it's protected and easy to grab and go. So far this pack has been great for everything I've used it for. I have a 15.6 laptop and a DSLR camera, several lenses, a tripod, as well as other random gear. There's plenty of room for all my stuff. It is also very customizable and it can be quickly adjusted to suit your trip/gear. The fabric seems super tough and the zippers are high quality. The square bottom is a handy feature, and - unless your gear is not evenly distributed weight-wise - it can sit upright on it's own anywhere you set it.
This bag definitely did not disappoint, and I expect it to last me for a long time!

[Zipper] As are all F-stop packs this is another quality product. I purchased this with the Medium insert. They also make a drone specific bag for a DJI Mavic series drone that fits on top of the medium insert and a smaller bag thats good for recharging gear on top of the drone bag. This all fits into the Lotus 4 Core bag which is carry on size for most airlines. Worst case on a flight somewhere, and they demand to check the bag, just pull out the insert with your main camera gear and carry that on. Treated with minimal care, this bag should last many years. For me, it's ideal for air travel or any type of travel where you want your camera gear with drone in a minimum sized bag. Also a good bag for day hiking day trips. Overall a nice compact quality bag with lots of options. Recommended!

[Gray] After lots of research between patagonia, the north face, and nike/adidas backpacks, I finally bought the thule lithos 20L for college. And I feel like all my research paid off. This backpack is the perfect size for bringing all the supplies needed for class. The zippers are very smooth and feel high quality. The fabric holds its shape, so it gives the backpack lots of structure and a nice thickness. The waterbotle holders are roomy for my slim water bottle, but might not work for those huge hydro flask bottles. The front pocket snaps back into place very satisfyingly. And perhaps most importantly, it's so comfortable to wear!
