Eliminate vibrations and achieve finer and more precise focusing on your telescope's Crayford or rack-and-pinion focuser with iOptron's iEAF Electronic Automatic Focuser. Powered via the 5V USB port, it features a precise stepper motor that delivers 3 rpm without vibration or noise. The focuser is ASCOM compatible and will work with most planetarium and imaging software.

Using an electric focuser eliminates the need to touch knobs which cause vibration and allows a level of precision that hand focusing is usually unable to achieve. The Electronic Automatic Focuser also locks the position when the control button is released to eliminate backlash—a valuable function for astrophotography or when trying to resolve dim or close objects like binary stars or clusters.

[6 x 5 x 2.5"] This along with my 30pro and sky safari is just the cats meow! For a simple wireless connection to your ioptron mount, I just don't see how you can go wrong. Had zero problem connecting to iPhone or iPad first time. 5

[Stepper] Im really impressed with the focuser. It mounted easily and had all the needed components in the box. My imaging improved significantly immediately. I was averaging a 4.5 to 5 FWHM that is now best to 3 max and under. It controls well with NINA and Sharpcap. I use both. I really liked that I didnt have to purchase a separate temp sensor. Its a good value. 5

[1.085 lb] I bought this to use on my Meade LXD-75 to balance it for use with a Coronado PST Solar telescope because the wieght that came with the mount was too big for this small load. This worked out perfectly. B&H shipped this the same day and it arrived in one day. 5

[Via mount] If you plan to use longer lenses or additional heads or mounts you WILL need additional weight to balance your Skyguider. Exactly the same as the one that comes with and it did the trick perfectly. 5

[Stepper] If you have Asiair, I recommend this focuser. Mounting to my telescope (ES ED102 CF) requires two additional screw from local hardware store, but no drilling/cutting is necessary with the factory package. Works well, and you won't even have to screw focus tensioning screw. 5

[Stepper] Easy install on my ZWO FF107, and setting it up in the AsiAir Plus was easy also, very satisfied, first light is 10/2/2024 been socked in here in Ohio. 5
