[f/22] I rarely remove this lens from my Fujifilm X-T5. I love everything about this lens.

[Manual Focus] I've read a number of reviews praising the IQ of this lens and I'm happy to say their praise was well founded. It's hard to get a full frame look on a crop sensor, but this small gem of a lens gets very close to that level of quality. My only manual focus lens and it's a joy to use. I highly recommend it.

[APS-C] Years ago I had full frame Nikon gear. One of my favourite lenses was a Zeiss 50mm F2 Makro. This lens gets me back to that experience and improves things significantly.

This Voigtlander 35mm F/2 delivers that same immersive MF experience and, delivers that experience with stellar imaging capabilities. Really good saturation, excellent contrast even wide open, velvety smooth bokeh with a really clean transition from in-focus to out-of-focus.

VERY easy to focus on my X-H2 and X-T5 bodies: I use a 1/2 press of the shutter and watch focus peaking racking forward and backward in the viewfinder (especially easy to see @ F/2) . When I let go of the shutter release and touch the focus ring my Fuji bodies zoom to 200% for precision focus placement. So I can get very close and then very accurate in under 1.5 seconds.

Plus: 10 aperture blades deliver a velvety OOF with no outlining or onion ring effects to detract from the bokeh, gasket at the lens mount, fully electronic communication and, designed specifically for Fuji bodies.

Highly recommended!

[5.7 x 5 x 4.4"] I was actually thinking of adapting an M mount until I purchased this lens. It is the one lens you should have for travel and street photography!

[43 mm (Front)] Works rally well witj Fuji xs10

[1:6.7] I feel like I am back in the 80s with this lens. Smooth focus and sharp. Fun to use.

[APS-C] I had the Fuji 27 and sold it a few days after getting the Voigtlander lens. Fuji does have the advantage of AF and weather sealing, but I still like this lens. The Voigtlander has beautiful rendering and is super sharp, just like the Fuji. However, I think the Voigtlander handling and build is better by comparison. It's compact but so much so that it is difficult to use. The aperture ring has good resistance and nice clicks. The focus tab is super smooth, stops at infinity, and is just satisfying to use. Although the focus has a short throw, I haven't had trouble getting focus with peaking turned on. You can also zone focus if that is what you prefer. And an extra stop of light isn't bad considering the two lenses are so similar in size. You can't go wrong with either lens, but overall, I enjoy the experience from the Voigtlander.

[43 mm (Front)] I really like the new kit lens on the Fujifilm X-T50, but I wanted to have the kind of low profile and mobility that the X100 VI provides. The Fujifilm 27mm pancake lens was back ordered, so having reading rave reviews of the Voightlander Ultron lens, I decided to get it instead. The quality of the lens construction is exceptional. And it takes high quality images. I wasn't sure how I'd be with the manual focus, but I've discovered that I really like using it. I'm using this lens just as often as I use the zoom kit lens that came with the X-T50. Highly recommended!

[f/2] I mounted this lens on my Fuji X-H1. I set the manual focus assist at high res red; set the lens at F8 and the focus at 3 meters for a zone focus of 1.5 M to infinity. Set my iso and shutter speed dials to manual and, with my small Sekonic incident light meter, took a walk around town. The experience nearly replicates the feel of my camera walks of thirty years ago with a manual film camera. Lens build quality is very good, aperture ring has firm clicks, focus ring turns smoothly, images are sharp. I have plenty of Fuji AF prime lenses so didn't need this to fill a focal length hole. I bought it for the user experience. To slow myself down and take my shooting method back to the basics.

[APS-C] Great little manual pancake lens for Fujifilm X-mount cameras. All-metal construction, super sharp optics, pleasant bokeh, and a 1 ft minimum focusing distance. One of the best manual lenses for Fuji and works amazingly well on my X-T5 and its demanding 40 Mpx sensor.
