[Black] I've been using the Rapid Fire Pro with 1/4 20 mount with my full frame cameras for a few years, and really like it. The anti rotation feature on the 1/4 20 mount doesn't work with my Olympus M43 cameras so I purchased the one with the RC2 quick release. I was concerned that this model would not stay centered (would twist/rotate on the camera), but it hasn't been a problem. I'm extremely satisfied with these flash brackets. They are durable, reliable, and easy to use.

[Black] This is the first rotating bracket that I have seen that also folds flat. It is prefect to store in a camera bag while traveling. It is sturdy to use on a Canon 5D Mark III or the much smaller Canon G5x. I have used it with a Canon 580ex, 430ex and a 270ex. It works well with the larger flashes but I use it primarily with the 270ex. Very well made and I am very pleased with it.

[0.96 lb] I use this bracket with Canon 5D III, 7D, and 580 Ex II. Both camera bodies have Custom SLR M-plate with Spider Pro pin and a RC2 plate is connected to the bottom of the bracket. The 2 things to consider are: - With speedlight mounted 4 inches forward towards, the lens, balance is different thus making one-handed shoot difficult - The swing-out support arm works fine with my configuration but probably would not be stable if a Spider Holster Plate with Pin were mounted underneath this bracket (due to pin). Supports that prevent the sync cable/speedlight from rotating are very effective. Also, bracket changes between portrait and landscape modes easily.

[Aluminum] After using traditional flip brackets over the years, I decided to make the investment and try the RF Pro M for my D7100/SB700/17-270. The price quickly became a non issue as this is a precision tool that is light, easy to adjust, and folds to a size that will fit in practically any bag. Balance in your hand is very good, even with a flash modifier attached. The flash remains in place when used with my BR strap (I bought the adaptor). The RC2 makes transition to a tripod a real plus. I had questions and called the factory. No problem there either, got real answers on the spot. Try it out.
