[Aluminum] If you have a manfrotto head (501, 501 PL or 504) is very importan To have a quick release plate 7 because it allows us to mount different lenses and to keep a perfect balance in our tripod Sometimes we have remove the camera from the tripod in order to put back later, before we looked at the scale and recorded in our minds the number it was in and that helps when we put it back on the tripod. [6.7 x 4 x 1.3"] Nice and solid and well machined. Works really well to balance the camera when mounted on the tripod head. Location markers on the plate make repeat camera location on the tripod head a snap. 5

[6.7 x 4 x 1.3"] This is the third L-bracket I have purchased for my Sony A7Rii, and this is the first one that actually fits correctly. Each one prior said it would fit, but none of them were truly functional without some sort of odd adjusting/positioning. This one allows for easy battery access, and has the opening in the right spot for cables. Definitely happy with this purchase. 5

[0.37 lb] Pretty straight forward, and that’s definitely a play on words. Does a great job of allowing additional front to back movement of your video camera on a Manfrotto video tripod head. Has built it safety stops and when combined with a V-Lock plate, makes for an ideal and secure camera mounting solution. Well made in the typical Manfrotto style. 5
