Control USB-C LED fixtures such as an INFINIBAR, MT Pro, or MC Pro via DMX/RDM wired control with this Aputure USB-C to 5-Pin DMX Adapter for MT Pro MC Pro INFINIBARsfrom Aputure. The kit includes one USB-C to DMX in/out adapter cable, a 3/8"-16 magnetic mount adapter, a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 screw adapter, and a 3/8"-16 to Lightning clamp adapter. The 3/8"-16 screws feature anti-twist divots that allow you to mount the adapters securely onto your rig.

The adapter features a single male USB-C connector on one end for connection to the LED fixture, and on the other end is a Y-cable featuring 5-pin DMX input and output connectors for connection to your DMX control gear.

The box between the cabling ends features a built-in DMX/RDM chip that facilitates stable wired DMX control and an additional USB-C port that allows you to simultaneously power and charge the lights via your DMX system. The adapter cable measures 24.6" in length.

A: Yes, with the Aputure Sidus One Wireless DMX Transceiver, you would be able to simultaneously control Bluetooth mesh lights and CRMX lights. The Sidus Link Pro app should be used to handle all connections and transmissions between the lights.

Q: 3. What is Magic Tape?

A: Magic Tape is made up of small patches (approx. 1.5" x 1.5") of adhesive tape on one side and velcro on the other.

Q: 4. Will this light stay on forever if you have it plugged into an AC adapter through the USB-C charging port? Can you effectively power it through the USB-C charging port?

A: This light is really not designed to run non-stop for days or forever. But it can be powered through USB-C while on.

Q: 5. can the light be on while charging?

A: Yes, you can have this connected to power while it is operating.

Q: 6. In addition to all the amazing features, can the Aputure MC also be connected to a camera shoe, then linked via cable/bluetooth/etc, to be used for flash photography? I feel that this is the ONE THING that is constantly NOT discussed, or is overlooked, in all reviews. I cannot find any information on Aputure's website either. Thank you very much!

A: As per manufacturer specs, there are currently no options available for this function, as the unit has been designed primarily as a source of continuous light.

A: No, the charging port on the Aputure MC Pro RGB LED Light Panel is in a different location and so will not work with the older MC charging case.

[0.85 lb] I use this cable to run lights for DJ and stage lighting and have been very happy so far. My only concernn would be there doesn't seem to be as much insulation as some other cables I own. I guess time will tell how weel it holds up. 5

[0.85 lb] Eye lights, light edge light, add a dome diffuser and a you have a nice top light even. Magnetic grid and diffusion is very easy to use. Solid build quality and easy menu navigation with the red toggle wheel. Definately worth having due to its abilities and small size. 5
