The first layer of the 7-in-1 jacket can be worn alone on chilly fall or spring days. It is cut longer than most standard fleece jackets to help keep you covered and warm. The fleece fabric protects against light rain and moves moisture from the inside to the outside of the jacket. In heavier rain, you can zip this fleece layer into the outer jacket. You can attach both sleeves and the collar of this jacket to the outer jacket with eyelets and buttons.

This first layer jacket has eight pockets including five pockets in the mini photo bag. There are two large front pockets and one pocket in the left sleeve with an elastic strap and metal clip for a microfiber cleaning cloth. The mini photo bag in this layer is made from mesh.

The second layer of the 7-in-1 jacket is a padded, quilted jacket with a hood and a stylish checker design. This jacket can be worn by itself on chilly days without rain. It also zips into the outer jacket for an additional layer of warmth on cold and windy days. You can connect the hood and sleeves of this jacket to the outer jacket with buttons and eyelets. It is cut slightly longer than other padded jackets but doesn't show under the outer jacket.

This second layer jacket has eight pockets when you count the mini photo bag. There are two large front zippered pockets and one microfiber cloth pocket with an elastic strap and metal clip in the left sleeve. The mini photo bag has a waterproof film to protect your equipment in snow or rain.

The third layer of this jacket is lightweight, water and wind resistant with a rain column of 6000mm. It is made from tear-resistant 228T nylon-treated fabric. The interior mesh enhances the jacket's comfort and breathability while providing air circulation. The zippers under the arms provide extra ventilation if desired. Additionally, this outer jacket has a welded 2-way YKK zipper for extra water and wind protection. There are also elastic bands in the hood for a more secure fit and wrist wind stoppers to seal the jacket and prevent unnecessary heat loss. You can also tighten the sleeves with the hook-and-loop adjustment. The front side of the hood is cut longer to protect your camera and viewfinder in inclement conditions.
There are 11 different sized pockets throughout this jacket including the five pockets in the mini photo bag. There are two chest pockets designed to carry lens caps, two large pockets with hook-and-loop closures for filters up to 100x150mm or your Haukland 3-in-1 gloves, and an interior top left pocket for a slim wallet, your passport, or phone. There is also a left-sleeve pocket with an elastic strap and metal clip for your lens cleaning cloth.

Photographers have worn the Haukland 7-in-1 jacket from anywhere around 77 °F in the rainforests of Costa Rica to -4°F in Finland, as well as in winds over 100km/H.

  • Layer 1 has 5 pockets, made entirely of mesh for comfort.
  • Layer 2 has 5 pockets and a waterproof film so you can drop the jacket in the snow without exposing your electronic equipment.
  • Layer 3 has 5 pockets with labeled memory card & battery pockets, plus two additional large pockets for drone batteries, power banks, and other accessories. This area is reinforced with a waterproof film on the exterior side to provide extra protection for your electronic equipment. On the interior side, the pockets are made of mesh.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have a Sony RX 10 IV, extra battery and charger, external flash and a couple filters. Will this fit into this bag?

A: It should not be a problem. You might want to have a bottom or side partition so the flash does not rub the camera, or it might fit in one of the elastic side pockets. I have a Mamiya 7 with a 65mm lens and it fits in easily. No room for a a 2nd lens though.

Q: 2. Will this bag hold a Nikon D5500 with standard lens + 55-300mm lens + extra battery/charger and maybe 1 or 2 additional small items?

A: Yes, it should hold those items.

Q: 3. Que tamao tiene AltoAncho

A: The internal dimensions are about 7 in length x 7 depth x 3.5 wide. Currently, I am carrying a Sony A6000 + Sigma 30mm + Sigma 19mm. I usually carry a Fuji X100T with a small point & shoot. It can probably carry a small DSLR + zoom.

Q: 5. Will the back pocket fit an iPad Air?

A: No

Q: 9. Will Nikon d750 with 24-120 zoom fit?

Q: 10. is this bag has the same hard bottom as in Domke F-5XB?I suppose there is integrated plate.

A: Yes, there is a padded integrated bottom plate.

[Men's XS] The bag will fit an Nikon F6 with telephoto Nikon lens 28mm - 300mm. Put in it back first. It's a tight but secure fit. Lots of room for film canisters and a small flash. I put the Domke F-8 Shoulder bag in my backpack with ease and use it as my carry-on bag. It's small enough to fit in most standard sized backpacks or just carry on your shoulder and leave the larger bag at home.

[Nylon] A year ago, I was shooting outside. using tablet, and trying to hold a camera is always a difficult balancing act. Vallerret Urbex makes this much so much easier. Urbex gloves allows you to expose your fingers to adjust buttons while shooting, actively use your tablet when they are not. Vallerret makes high quality gloves that are both soft and warm and with maximum comfort.

[Nylon] Like some others, I found the F-8 smaller than I expected from it's listed dimensions. They're not wrong, I just expected it to be larger. But that worked out well in my case, as I was afraid it might be too big for my Panasonic FZ1000, a large superzoom camera. Turns out it fits great, even with the lens shade attached, just the way I like it. I have an older Domke F-2 I've used for years and found these bags to wear like iron. And the F-8 has some padding built in to the sides and bottom, unlike the F-2. I would prefer a more conventional snap clip holding the front flap but really, the metal clip is hardly a bother at all and I only use it when transporting to and from. While I'm looking to shoot I only use the vecro-like hook and loop patch to hold it all together. The F-2 has two of those clips and they've never been annoying. And they don't break like the plastic clips do. This is an excellent shooter's bag. Quick to get the camera out and back in and the side pockets hold all the extra stuff needed. As long as you're not using gear that's too large to fit, this is a great bag.

[Men's XS] It holds 6-7 cards plus 4-5 notes. Easy to access any card you need while keeping the overall thickness very low. Like the design.

[Men's XS] I was searching for a small padded bag to carry my Canon EOS R6 MK II with a Canon f2.8, 70-200 mm lens attached. I took measurements and found out this bag will handle the camera and lens with room to spare. Of course you have to screw the hood in it's storage mode but that's not a big deal. I can insert and remove the camera easily. It's well padded and has a zippered top with an attached hood that covers the zipper with water resistant nylon. I sprayed the zipper with silicone for ease of zipping it open and close. Weather proofing also. It has a nice shoulder strap, carry handle and a couple of belt loops sewn on to the back side of bag for added protection. You're not taking this bag from me.
If needed you can fold flatten bag and stow in a larger backpack when not in use. I'm very happy I found and purchased this bag. I highly recommend this bag. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait for the bag to arrive. It was cheaper on B&H but they don't stock it. I found the company's website site later and their price was higher, but the did have it in stock. So you have a choice.

[Nylon] Hello,
I just receive this product and it's a good product but I choose a too large size. Is it possible to change to the M size?
And if it's possible, can you tell me the deadline to receive the new one after I send you the product?

Thank you for your return.

[Men's XS] I was looking for a bag to carry an XT2 or XPro2 and no more than 2 lenses. This is perfect. There is plenty of room of batteries, a couple filters and other small items. It is also not stiff and cumbersome looking.

[Nylon] I bought this bag for my compact Fuji X-30 which I bought from B&H several years ago. This is really perfect for hiking in my local mountains. Light weight and not bulky, key factors when you're on the trail for hours at a time.
