Q: 1. Will this fit a AF-S Nikkor 18-135mm lens?

A: This size won't fit. You need a 67mm. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/362564-REG/Nikon_2288_67mm_NC_Clear_Glass.html

Q: 2. Is there a trick to getting the 52 mm Canon Protect Filter off of the holder? I am having a hard time removing it so I can put another filter on the holder. Thanks!

A: You have to wiggle it gently and unscrew. If that doesn't work and you have some plastic filter wrenches, try those. Alternatively, if you have a vise grip put some spongy tape on it and gently tighten and unscrew the filter.

[52 mm] This filter is just right. There's a built in 3 stop filter in my Fuji X100F so adding this one gives me 10. And being made of Brass it's always super easy to unscrew from my lens after using it. Glad I bought this one.

[Glass] Schott glass and multicoating are what B+W are known for. I used this ND 1.8 on a Hasselblad with Carl Zeiss lens to shoot long exposures. Don't put window glass in front of your good lenses.

[Glass] I've purchased this filter to pair with an expensive lens such as a Canon EF 50mm 1.2L. This filter has an excellent construction, comes with a nice pouch, and the results are amazing, especially at the beach.

[52 mm] Use for outdoor portrait photos where I want to use fast apertures and/or fill-flash in manual mode. Works great in bright midday sun. No color distortion. The only downside is that I wish it came with a firm case for better storage protection (it comes with a cushioned wallet-type case)
