[Forest Green] As others have mentioned, this case is made of a rubbery similar material to a wet suit. It has a fabric material on the outside and inside. The Manfrotto 393 gimbal fits snugly but, with care the gimbal fits nicely. You cannot just jamb it in. I agree with others that a shoulder strap would be a good idea. The 393 gimbal, in this bag or or not, is much too large and bulky to fit in a camera bag and there is no provision for strapping this bag to the outside of another bag. It is, however the only bag I have found for the 393 Gimbal. 5

[Forest Green] This soft pouch will save wear and tear on the gimbal plus any other item the gimbal may accidentally bump against. The gimbal fit in the bag perfectly and has a little inside pouch for the Quick-Release Plate that comes with the gimbal. I recommend you keep the large plastic bag the gimbal ships in . Slip the gimbal in the plastic bag that will slip in and out of the pouch easier, and save wear and tear on the pouch. 5

[Magnetic Flap] For the hood on my 500 f4. I have an older version of this lense and I've lost some of the screws etc that hold it in place. If you have older Nikon equipment you find out Nikon does not keep parts for older equipment in stock. This LensCoat hood is a good replacement. And I might add that I got the usual good service and effiency from B&H ! 5

[Empty] Use this case for Yongnuo YN-568EX II Speedlite flash unit and extra batteries. Flash unit came with generic case, no fasteners or extra battery storage. This case more convenient to use and carry; has extra pocket for batteries. 5

[Shoulder Strap] Well padded and protects my Nikon SB-910 flash. Also has pouch to store 4 spare batteries. A second pouch to store flash stand would have been welcomed, nonetheless not disappointed with unit. 5
