A: You will be able to fit the body with a 24-70 2.8, and a small L bracket. But not with the 100-400 4.5- 5.6 OSS.

A: The original Naturescapes SKM-II Skimmer Ground Pod was made out of metal and was heavier and did not work with the newer version 2 Wimberley without a riser block. The version II works with the Wimberley head v2 without a riser block, is made out of super reinforced plastic. It is also lighter and indestructible.

A: You can attach any tripod head to it. I have my Wimberly Gimbal tripod head directly attached to it. Some of my friends have risers attached to raise the head up slightly more.
