A: It should work fine I have a Tamron 200-500 with room to spare

Q: 2. Is this product actually waterproof?

Q: 4. What material is it made from?

A: It appears to be nylon or a similar synthetic fabric

Q: 6. I don't use a tripod, hand hold and adjust zoom. Will I be able to do this with the lenscoat on?

A: You should be able to do that using the LensCoat RainCoat Large Sleeve (Black), although it may be difficult, since you can't really see the lens barrel.

Q: 7. is it long enough for a canon 400mm f5.6 lens with hood fully extended and 1.4 extender and extension tubes added ( approximately 18 inches in length )?

A: Yes, the RainCoat Standard is 20 in length and will fit your setup. It is designed for the 400mm f/5.6 lens.

Q: 8. will this work with a Canon 50mm f1.4 usm lens ( its 6 inches in length with hood and my eos -3 body attached and goes upto 7.5 inches if extension tubes are also added ) or will it be too big ? thanks

A: This raincoat is just too large. After purchase of this one I would not purchase another. I chose to use two large (quart) zip lock freezer bags. They were much tighter fitting, drier to use and you had full visibility of your camera and lens. The so called raincoat is a good idea but they need to go back to the drawing board.

Q: 9. It sounds like the Pro is too big. Will the Standard fit a Tamron 150-600 lens?

A: This would not work with the 150-600 model. The Pro would be the best choice honestly. Dimensions wise that is what we recommend.

Q: 10. Does it work with the canon 600mm f4 lens and the canon r5 with the battery grip and gimbal head on tripod

A: Yes, the LensCoat RainCoat Pro (Realtree Max5) can accept a Canon EOS R5 with a battery grip and the Canon RF 600mm f/4 L IS USM Lens.

[Neoprene] This is my second one and its exactly what I've been looking for. Good protection and easy to access. the clear pockects allow mme to easily see my filters and are kept clean not like in my previous pouches with mess material that lets in dust and dirt.

[Neoprene] Just got mine in the mail. Pleasantly surprised. Needed a ground pod to replace the one I lost. I like this one better. It's lighter, feels sturdier, and costs 20% less. Does everything I need and for less money. Happy.

[Neoprene] I have several LensCoat products and they are in my opinion underrated. I have one of these for my Sony 400mm and Sony 300mm as well as my Sony 70-200.

[Neoprene] Holds 8-77mm filters easily. So many pouches hold 6 or less. I like the clear plastic sleeve covers allowing easy ID when looking for a filter.
