Designed to fit your Sony ZV-E1, this silver Tilta Half Camera Cage Lightweight Kit for Sony ZV-E1 Silveroffers multiple mounting points, additional protection, and both portrait and landscape shooting, all in one cage design. Included with the cage is an Arca-type plate which can be attached to either the bottom or the side to support native switching between horizontal and vertical shooting orientations. The cage maintains access to the camera's ports and controls while adding multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threads throughout to attach additional accessories.

Add lens support accessories with the M3 threads at the front of the cage or a cable clamp using the threads on the side. A NATO rail can accommodate an additional handgrip, and a cold shoe slot can support an external monitor or shotgun microphone. Integrate a separately available cooling system via the cooling system port to keep your camera running for longer without the risk of overheating. The cage's aluminum alloy construction ensures it remains lightweight yet durable.

[Cage] I have 3 of these units, 1 for BMPCC4K, 1 for the original BPPCC, and 1 on my gimbal.They're much needed and appreciated as I can work worry free all day long. The first time I ordered it the device was faulty, but was quickly replaced. 5

[Sony ZV-E1] This is a good option for mounting an extra NPF battery on your camera rig. Uses a 1/4 20 screw. No complaints. 5

[Arca-Type Plate] This is a great option for my a1, I actually used it with my a7s II while I was waiting for my a1 to come in and it fit great. Better than my other cage. And for the a1, it's perfect for my needs. I can go from a stripped down camera lens option, all they way up to a full built out rig. Plus I can slide this off of the rails for a quick strip down shooting scenario. Great Cage 5

[Sony ZV-E1] So, it's pretty stripped down - I miss a viewfinder and it overheats easily esp if recording to a monitor. The overheating doesn't affect how I shoot, however, so it's not really an issue for me. Those are the cons. I'm coming from shooting real estate professionally for several years, now, with a lowly A7iii. This cam is a HUGE step up - my videos are brought to another level with s-log3 and its second native iso at 12800 in 10-bit color. The cam balances well on a gimbal, and shoots handheld with steadyshot in active mode. The breathing comp is great. The autofocus is great. All in all - a wonderful value for the poor solo shooter. Greatness is possible - no one will ever know you're so broke. 5
