This ALZO 2G11 UV Resistant PBT Lamp Holder Spring Clamp 100-Packfrom Alzo is designed for use with UV germicidal sanitizing CFL light bulbs, and other bulbs with 2G11 bases. The socket shell is constructed from durable PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) and incorporates a UV stabilizing compound for extended life. In addition, the violet coloring reduces UV light absorption.

The included spring metal clip supports the other end of the bulb being used in the socket. It is ideal for use in UV light fixtures as it will never degrade from exposure to UV light.

This convenient kit contains 100 sockets with included lamp spring clips.

A: The headphone hanger portion of the K&M 16085 Table Clamp Headphone Holder attaches to the clamp via a small plate and screw and therefore would likely have trouble attaching to a C-stand in the same manner. The entire holder could likely be attached to a C-stand by using the clamp, however.

A: Hi Samuel, unfortunately, we can't guarantee that they will work with a conventional dimmer. Our experience is that if they work, dimming is not consistent as the conventional dimming circuits are designed for low-impedance lights that use Tungsten/incandescent bulbs. What works for some people is to use one Tungsten bulb on a circuit, combined with LED bulbs. The best solution for dimmable LED bulbs is to install a new dimmer switch designed for LED bulbs.

A: Yes, the gooseneck can be separated from the clamp. The manufacturer has not provided a spec for the thread size of the gooseneck since it was not intended to be used without the clamp.

A: This gooseneck filter is invaluable for speaking AND singing. Plosively popping Ps are particularly problemeatic without this piece in place. (Say that out loud and you'll see what I mean.) The foam and fur covers are for moving air surrounding the mic -- the wind outside or drafty interiors. I'm generalizing here, and sometime to super-isolate the mic I'll use both, with the addition of a foam backscreen or gobo. You lose a tiny bit of high end sometimes but there's no substitute for keeping air from blasting into the mic and ruining the sound.
