Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone tried using one of these on the mavic pro drone? I'd like to wrap my drone (with propellers), and I'm curious what size would be best.

A: Yes, some people have successfully wrapped a drone in the Domke Color Coded Protective Wrap to protect it when putting into a pack.Taking into account the size of the Mavic Pro the 19 x 19 is a good size protecting wrap.

Q: 2. Will it fit Sony A7II + vertical grip + kit zoom?

A: Short answer: Don't know. BUT ... (1) these are great, so (2) what I do is tape some paper together to become the size, of the various available wraps. Then see how that paper mock-up wraps around my target gear. (if you're near the store -- bring your gear in -- the best answer will be obvious in seconds. (just a thought -- hope this helps)

Q: 3. Is this the right size for a NIKON 80-200 MM D lens ***NOT MOUNTED TO A CAMERA*****?

A: The Domke 11x11" Color Coded Protective Wrap (Black) is going to be too small for the Nikon 80-200mm D lens. Instead, I recommend the Domke 19x19" Color Coded Protective Wrap (B&H # DOPW19B) if you want the lens well-protected.

Q: 4. Will this work with the Canon Rebel T6 with 18-55mm lens attached?

A: Yes, it is compatible.

Q: 5. What size would be needed to wrap a Nikon 70-200 f/2.8?

A: The Domke 19x19" Color Coded Protective Wrap (Black) is the correct size for the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR Lens.

Q: 6. I put this lens on my canon r7 but now the camera is having a hard time shooting, like it won’t click - any tips or reasons?

A: Because the TTArtisan 50mm f/2 Lens for Canon RF (Black) is a manual non-Canon lens, you must make this change in the camera menu. Go to the menu selection under the camera icon, next to the star and enable option 4 "Shoot without lens".

Q: 7. Is it a full frame lens?

A: Yes. M-mount lenses are made for the 35mm format and thus always full-frame.

Q: 8. What is the difference between the Tenba Messenger Wrap and the Tenba Tools Wrap?

A: The Tools Wrap is the updated version of the Messenger Wrap. It has a window for a label, which was requested by users. And the Velcro is a bit stickier.

Q: 9. Has anyone tried zone focusing with this lens, like for street photography?

A: The TTArtisan 50mm f/2 Lens for Sony E (Silver) is an excellent lens to use zone focusing for street photography.

Q: 10. what are the dimensions of the lens, please? how far does the lens protrude from the lens mount? thank you.

A: The TTArtisan 50mm f/2 Lens for Leica L (Black) is 1.38x1.95x1.95".

[5.2 x 5 x 1.1"] I very much enjoy this lens and its focal length is perfect for street photography and portrait shots and looks very nice overall on the camera. It is only manual focus though which is the only downer.
overall great lens for an affordable price.

[Touch Fastener] I got this lens as an alternative to switching from Canon to Sony. It's a great portrait lens just as the 50mm 1.8 from Canon was. I really enjoy using it with my Sony a7c and its peaking setting to check I've got my focus where I want it.

[Polyester] Like Roger Ebert used to say, read the review not the stars. This lens has to get 5 for its build quality and price. I wanted something for my A7c that was compact and fun – and could also be used for stylized video on my A7s III. I wanted the soft corners and vignetting wide open and am happy with it. The lens is a bit heavier than I expected though. It's heavier than a few Samyang primes I have and as heavy as vintage primes that are more than twice as big (Zeiss Jena/Super-Takumar). It's not heavy in absolute terms, just for its size.

[5.2 x 5 x 1.1"] You found this product by filtering by your lens mount, full-frame coverage, and your desired focal length, the almighty 50mm. You then sorted all available listings by Price: Low to High and discovered this. Your expectations are incredibly low, but are skeptical due to so many high-rated reviews.

I got this lens for my Sony A7C. I really wanted a longer focal length, but moreso something that would work well for street photography, product shots, and portraits, and it works amazingly well. It is manual focus only, but putting focus peaking on helps a lot, and I think that learning to manual focus well is a great skill to learn. We're all spoiled by the fantastic autofocusing systems, and I think this is a great lens to start with if you've never used manual focus before.

When you nail focus, the image is sharp. The lens is all metal, including the lens cap, so it's built incredibly well. I love the silver, as it matches my Sony A7C; I really wish more lens manufacturers offered silver for a color for FF lenses. I absolutely love the aperture ring and it's very fun to focus with.

The only downsides include: sometimes getting vignetting on only the right side of the frame, and you get out of focus, swirly bokeh on the bottom of your frame (sometimes the top if you don't have a high enough shutter speed). But I think that gives this lens character and can be used creatively.

Buy this lens. You deserve it.

[0.13 lb] SMH, After buying into the TTARTISAN lens. 23, 50, 35 mm., all costing less than $100. I purchased a fugifilm Xc35mm f/2 for $199. And I can’t for the love of me now justifying paying the $199. Unless you’re a pro. Making money. Manual focus, aperture all very easy. And the lens are all metal. So it’s built like a tank. I’m spoiled!
