[120 VAC ] I reviewed a 1500VA UPS unit earlier after purchasing it last summer for my work-at-home workstation. It is still working fine. When the UPS's were offered again on B&H's daily Deal Zone, I purchased three additional units - (1) 1500 VA and (2) 500VA. As I commented earlier, the packaging does NOT come with an Installer/User Guide, but it is available online and a MUST-HAVE. I proceeded to charge the units for 24 hours prior to adding the intended devices for UPS/surge protection. The next day, the alarm sounded on one of the 500 VA units, and it displayed Error Code E06. The User Manual identified the Error Code as, Battery Charge Failure - Turn-off the UPS and call Vertiv technical support for a replacement unit. I emailed Vertiv and their Customer Service representative responded immediately and walked me through the replacement process. Vertiv replaced the unit under warranty and provided a shipping label for returning the defective unit. Vertiv's customer service is outstanding, just like B&H's. I previously gave this 4-stars because of the lacking User Guide, but that has been forgiven. All four of my Vertiv Liebert UPS units are functioning satisfactorily.

[5.165 lb] This UPS supports one network router and one switch, and lasts 5+ hours. These devices draw so little power that bigger UPS's shut off automatically.


The only debit for this VERTIV is the display does not show the actual load.

[88 to 142 VAC] Needed one of these UPS for my rig. Great little unit. This should do the job nicely. Great price! Now I don't have to worry about data loss due to a power outage. Thanks, B&H!

[120 VAC ] I had the unit for a little over a year and it failed. I contacted the manufacturer and the unit was under warranty. Every emailed I sent was promptly answered. I received a replacement unit quickly! With customer service this good, I would not hesitate to purchase additional products from them...

[3 Minutes] Sweet ups. Not your your run of the mill ups you see at Costco or on Amazon.

[4x NEMA 5-15R] Needed a power backup for my security system. I have the 1500 and the 700 unit and they both perform reliably whenever power goes out. Some people complain about monitoring software, but I haven't had any issues. Windows automatically detects it as a backup battery or you can install Liebert software for a few more options.

[5.165 lb] I received this product for free to review. I like having a battery backup option for my devices I use on our entertainment system. That's what I use it for. It's quite heavy but also small enough to be out of the way visibly. It has plenty of ports to accommodate everything I need to be plugged into it. Overall, very good product and would recommend.

[Lithium-Ion] I found the Vertiv Liebert PSA5 battery backup to be very effective in running my in home office equiptment. I must mention I received this product as a free sample to review. I was not monetarily compensensated to give positive or negative response.
Upon opening the product I found the product suprisingly heavy for the size. It is a good size to have on desk top or easily conceal under the desk (my preference). Product is immediately ready to plug in and work.The outlets area all on the back 5 with battery back up/surge and 5 with just surge protection. If you have non-standard or wide bodied plugs you may need to alternate the spaces as the outlets are close together.
Testing the efficacy when I cut power to the unit the battery immediately kicked in. There is an alarm when the unit battery starts that can be silenced. I would suggest this as I could hear it in my bedroom. Overall great unit, I ran Mac desktop for 5 hours and the battery was still going.

[4x NEMA 5-15R] I got this more as an emergency backup battery than as a UPS for my computer. I have some critical appliances that require a short by heavy load and can't really have them down for one or two days if the power goes out. I'm reasonably sure this UPS will keep them running on minimal usage during a short power outage. Either that or I can run my internet gateway for several hours. Either way, it's some peace of mind.
