A: An unregulated cable like the SHAPE Power D-Tap Cable for Canon C70 will not convert the voltage from the source to another voltage level, so this cable will output 14.8 volts when connected to a 14.8V d-tap port. The C-70 can intake 11.5 to 20 VDC via it's power port, so a 14.8V feed via d-tap will be okay to use with the camera.

[6.6' / 2 m] Have a few of these and use them with my Aputure P60c LED lights - work great. A standard 95WH V-mount can power these lights for over 2+ hours. Longer if you're not using the lights at full power. 5

[1x D-Tap Male] Connecting my Nucleus Nano to a v-mount battery has significantly increased the ease at which it can spin a focus wheel. It's a good option til I can afford one of the pricier follow focus units and helps keep my rig clean. 5

[6.6' / 2 m] I can't believe I waited this long to pick up this cable. The P60X and C are undoubtedly the dark horse fixtures in my kit due to their flexibility and portability. Power has always been the drawback. NP-F battery life is disappointing and the included power supply takes up so much space in my carry-on case. Now I can run run the fixture for over 2 hours on a 98wh v-mount and have freed up so much space in my kit by removing the power supply. Definitely worth it. 5

[1x D-Tap Male] I find the Nucleus - M calibrates better at the lower voltage even with the torque set to the lowest setting. I found the Nucleus - M tried too hard at the stop points at 12volts and would not actually calibrate correctly. 5
