Built with one dedicated CFexpress Type B card slot and one dedicated UHS-II SDXC card slot, this reader utilizes the 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 standard so users are able to quickly download high-quality images and raw 8K video. The CFexpress Type B slot features sequential read speeds up to 1050 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 1000 MB/s, while the SDXC slot delivers sequential reads up to 300 MB/s and sequential write up to 260 MB/s when working with UHS-II media. When working with UHS-I media, sequential reads top out at 170 MB/s. This card reader features a USB-C interface and connects to your host system using either an included USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB-A cable.

[USB Bus Power] I recently purchased a brand new laptop, not realizing, it didn't come with an SD slot (my fault, as I didn't read through the specs that closely). This was the main reason I got the new laptop so I could transfer SD card files to my computer onto a program to make videos for my Youtube Channel. With that being said, this is EXACTLY what I needed! I love that it comes with both a USB-A and USB-C cable so I can use whichever port I want. Works smoothly and quickly transfers all the files I need to create the videos I need to. I will most likely buy this card reader again for a 2nd computer and/or travel needs! 5

[0.46 lb] Very nice product. It's well-built with a stylish flair. Materials used feel solid and sleek: as if it will last for years. I don't know why I was expecting the same flimsy plastic that USB chargers are made of, but this has a substantial mount of metal in its construction and a rubberized bottom pad. The cord is a nice, pliable plastic, not the cheap and stiff gas station kiosk stuff. I will have no qualms about using this in front of clients for a professional look. I have not had a chance to test out the c-fast type A slot yet, but the SD card slot works like a champ so far. Even the box the manufacturer ships this in is printed in black and gold. You could give this as a gift. 5

[0.46 lb] I recently purchased a new laptop but it didn't come with an SD slot (my error for not reading the fine print). Since my main use of this laptop was to transfer files from SD cards, this was EXACTLY what I needed. Easy to use and comes with an SD and micro cable so you can use which ever you prefer! [USB Bus Power] This reader works great. It is USB 3.2, Gen 2 so it works much faster than my old reader. Note: Your PC must have USB 3.2, Gen 2 capability to unleash the faster speed. The fact that it has both SD and CFexpress inputs is a huge plus. The build is high quality and it comes with both a USB a to USB c and USB c to USB c cable and they seem to be high quality cables. I would definitely purchase this again. 5
