The Speak2 55's built-in speaker and four microphones are engineered for full duplex audio, allowing all participants to speak and be heard simultaneously. This helps bridge the gap between in-person and virtual participants and facilitates collaboration. Voice Level Normalization technology equalizes all voices to the same volume level and Acoustic Echo Cancellation reduces noise interference.

The speakerphone is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Utilize the Jabra Direct or Xpress software to facilitate control over the unit. The USB-A and USB-C connectors on the integrated 31.5" cable plug into your Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS computer. Bluetooth 5.1 technology with A2DP, AVRCP, BLE, and HFP profiles can connect your smartphone or tablet from up to 98' away.

Turn the speakerphone on and off, end or answer a call, adjust the volume, engage Bluetooth, and even mute yourself with the onboard touch controls. The Microsoft Teams button can bring the application to the foreground of your computer, join an active meeting, view missed calls or voicemails, and raise/lower your hand during a meeting. An LED indicator displays battery status.

Two 900mA lithium-ion batteries can power the speakerphone for 12 hours. Once depleted, charge the device from the USB-A connector in 2.5 hours or from the USB-C connector in 5 hours.

Compact enough to slip into a bag, the speakerphone can easily be taken on the go. The unit is IP64 rated for protection from both dust and water. An included carry pouch provides additional security when not in use.

[1.97" / 50 mm] My quest for my ideal headset is over. The EVOLVE 20 Microsoft Lync Stereo Headset by Jabra has what I want. Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers. 5

[31.5" / 80 cm] The Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo Headset is a comfortable fit for a 4 hour shift. The earpieces are soft. The set doesn't bind or press in anywhere. The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room. 5

[98' / 30 m] Very nice headset, and very comfortable to wear (light; snug, but not overly so, against your ears). It does a nice job noise-cancelling on my end - with two settings to choose from - and people on the other end of meetings/calls say I sound good with no background noise even though I work in an open office with a lot of coworkers around. I like the fact that it is a USB-C headset but with a USB-A adapter permanently attached for when you want to use the headset with an older computer or device without USB-C. I also like that there are volume up/down and mute buttons on the cord. I don't use the "Teams" button to answer calls as I tend to just use my mouse to click on Teams calls since my mouse tends to be closer to my fingers than the headset cord buttons. I do have two suggestions for improvement: 1) offer an "over the ear" version in addition to this "on the ear" design as this would help even more to reduce distracting sounds in your own background. 2) allow the user to adjust the amount of sidetone (hearing your own voice in your headset), preferably via the buttons on the cord (as opposed to some sort of app the user needs to install) Thanks. 5
