[12 Hours] I was looking for a headset/microphone combo that had good sound, was hard-wired for reliability and had a good microphone. I like over the ear and not on the ear. The on the ears ones start to hurt after a while because they press my ear on the temple of my reading glasses, these over the ear ones don't have that issue. So they seem well made, work great, comfortable, look good and come from a well known company. Perfect.

[USB-C] I work in a fairly loud place and the people I talk to can hardly hear any of that noise, if at all. Great buy.

[USB-C] It's a dependable headset. Comfortable to wear for long periods, audio quality is solid, has a USB-C connection and thus pairs well with all modern MacBook computers (which only have USB-C ports, not USB-A). This headset provides sound to both ears as opposed to just one. It is ideal for settings where you want to block out background noise and other distractions. The red cord makes it easy to distinguish from other cables on the desk, including the charging cables that Macs come with.

[SBC] This device pairs easily with my phone and computer so I can switch from my cell to a zoom seamlessly. So light and comfortable I tend to forget I have it on and leave the house or step in the shower.

[Lithium-Ion] This product works as intended. It is a really nice headset, especially for those people who do not want both ears covered and those who feel that headsets can be too tight. It is also wireless, which makes it more versatile.

[Closed-Back] The Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo Headset is a comfortable fit for a 4 hour shift. The earpieces are soft. The set doesn't bind or press in anywhere. The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room.

It's so convenient to be able to walk away from your computer during Zoom or other conference calls and still hear and be heard clearly. This was a worthwhile purchase.

[Yes] My quest for my ideal headset is over. The EVOLVE 20 Microsoft Lync Stereo Headset by Jabra has what I want. Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers.
