A: The SJ4000 does not have burst capability or shutter delay.

A: Once you connect your camera to the computer with the provided USB cable, it should be recognized by your computer. Therefore what is needed is to trouble shoot. Make sure the USB ports on the computer and camera are clean and that the cable and memory card are firmly attached. Do not use a hub and detach any other USB device except keyboard and mouse and restart computer and camera. If the issue is still not resolved after restart, connect the camera to another USB port on the computer, or uninstall and reinstall the USB driver, or use a different USB cable, or, finally, reset the camera back to original factory settings if that is possible.
