A: The SJ4000 does not have burst capability or shutter delay.

Without having recorded any videos or taken any photos, the available memory varied from a low of 10,032 with a selected Image Size of 12M to a high of 85,876 with a selected Image Size of 1.3M. How can this be? On a formatted empty 32GB card shouldn't the available memory be a bit less than 32GB regardless of selected Image Size?

A: The number shown on the display is the number of photos you can take at the selected camera settings with the available remaining memory.
