A: This Canon Premium Fine Art Rough Photo Paper (13 x 19", 25 Sheets) was designed to be used with Pigment based ink, as such you would see the best results there.

[White] I have been using other Hahnemuhle papers and recently decided to try the bamboo. I've printed a studio flower photo on it as well as one of my African elephant photos. These two came out great. It is definitely matte with a slight texture. The colors printed nicely but a bit darker than my computer said even using the icc code. I am framing both and planning to enter one in a show so you can tell I am pleased with the results. I think you need different papers for different photos. This is a nice addition to my photographic papers.

[2.105 lb] Along with Photo Rag Satin. I use this 8.5 x 11 for my photographic folios. The texture is very matte and the color is on the warm side, and the resulting prints are fabulous. Because it is very heavy weight, my folios have a very nice heft and quality feel. I'm currently using it to print my photo microscopy work. I have no problem printing the 8.5 x 11 and 13 x 19 sheets of this paper in the manual feed of my Epson 3880. However, I am seldom able to get a 17 x 22 sheet to work. The weight is one factor, but it seems to have a slight curl which makes it extremely difficult to get started in the manual slot. Oh well.

[2.105 lb] I included a 20 sheet package of this Awagami paper in a larger order from B&H about two years ago. I had never used the paper before, but had read about it and wanted to give it a try. Well, I finally got around to trying it a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with my first few prints. Using my Epson 3880 inkjet paper, the results were excellent. This paper will be my first choice in matte papers from now on.

[2.105 lb] Ooooh, Ahhhh ~ deep, velvety smooth Fine Art Paper. I expected a bit of a color shift, but didn't see one. Tested first on letter size sheet (print of macro bamboo shot) and loved it. Immediately ran another print on the 13x19 paper of a storm over high plains and just as happy. Will use for exhibition prints. Printing on a Canon Pro-2000 with Hahnemuhle ICC profiles.
