Receive high-definition video from over 3 miles (line-of-sight) away from your DJI video transmitter with this DJI Wireless Video Receiver for Seamless Streamingfrom DJI. The receiver pairs with a separately available transmitter and transmits up to 1080p60 video using the highly efficient O3 Pro transmission technology via Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. The receiver also supports talkback/voice calling between ends using the USB-C ports and optional mics.

The receiver supports automatic frequency hopping to find the strongest signal, and it operates using AES 256 encryption to protect your video from prying eyes. It allows you to simultaneously receive alongside other receivers such as the High-Bright Remote Monitor, and the separately available transmitter can transmit to unlimited receivers in broadcast mode with a slightly lower performance. The receiver can be powered via an optional L-series battery, an optional WB37 battery, or its DC power input.

[23] Alright, folks, the Hollyland MARS 400 4K for my is the ultimate sidekick for all us videography champs out there. This little gadget is like my trusty partner-in-crime, making sure my video footage flies from camera to screen without breaking a sweat. And I am coming from the MARS 300. But this guys is just the next level and support 4k...

About that 4K magic. This gadget can handle the big leagues - 4K resolution streaming! So your stunning shots stay just as crispy and clear as you intended.

Setting up is a piece of cake. Or I most say there is not setting up is just plug and play. No tech wizardry needed here. It dances on the 5GHz frequency, which basically means it's got ninja-level interference blocking skills. So whether you're filming in a crowded caf or a wild forest, your signal stays strong and steady.

The big L word latency. The MARS 400 4K is on top of its game here. That latency is so low, it's practically in hiding. Your video and audio stay locked in perfect sync, no awkward delays to mess up your mood.

I think as soon as you get a video transmission system you discover a hole world and step up you job/quality level. And when you are there Hollyland has one of the best in the field with their gear.

[70 ms] If you're looking for a 4K tx with great features, build quality and reliable you have found it. The company I work at mainly use teradek brand but have used this for roaming cams. I purchased this for my own personal use and previously used the Hollyland mars 400s pro for 1080p transmission. I was impressed by its performance so much and wanted to upgrade to 4K.

Pros
- I love the metal build quality. Buttons felt tactile and responsive. Even the feel of the power switch feels premium.
- I like these Antennas over the thinner ones from the 400s pro and they provide 450 feet of range I believe.
- Many options to power the device (screw dc cable, npf battery or usb-c)
- wireless transmission to iOS and Android devices
- The wireless feed is very smooth and has accurate colors

Cons
- At the time of using the wireless with an iPhone I was not able to import my own custom luts even though it is advertised. I tried it on an iPad and was able to import. I'm sure it will be updated soon
- There is a very slight lag since there is a .06 latency but not too bad. I might not use it for situations where a focus puller it required. Other than that I've used it without issue in live events.
- Only way to transmit a 4K feed is through hdmi which i use anyway. SDI port can only do 1080

Overall, this is another great product from Hollyland that I recommend if you're looking for a reliable transmission system for live events, small productions and situations that you need 4K. My favorite feature is being able to transmit to multiple devices fit example to the DP, camera operator, on a camera mounted on a gimbal etc. Now I will probably pick up the Mars M1 monitor that doubles as a transmitter!

[23] This is just awesome. I chose the 4K version and was a bit skeptical, however, the Mars 4K didn't disappoint. Worked right out of the box.
I could preview it on a monitor, I tried the TV and iPad too. Everything worked well together. I did not test the range, but it works well in my studio and on the TV in the next room in 4K.
Just a heads up, if you have an older TV is 1080p, it might not recognise the 4K signal and display 'no signal'. When I switched to 1080p recodring on camera, it worked on that screen too. Just FYI.

[7.8 x 7 x 2.9"] I have had great success with Hollyland units. This is my third model and they just get better.

I think that the range depends on your environment. Whether or not there's a ton of other wifi / RF devices or not will ultimately be the biggest factor. Obviously test ahead of time if the environment is tough.

Otherwise, everything works great and as advertised. The app is great too, very good option for a director's view.

[1.94 lb] Solid, good build quality. Linking them is super easy and stable. Having the HollyLive app is nice so you can have an iPad as a set monitor or what Not. One downside is that if you have HDMI in to the transmitter, you have to have an HDMI out of the receiver. It would be nice to have the ability to have HDMI into the transmitter and SDI out of the receiver. Really that's the only feature it's missing. Over I would recommend for a cheaper yet still solid wireless transmitter.

[7.8 x 7 x 2.9"] Works very well in our building and maintains signal even through multiple rooms to the broadcast station.
