You can use it over the basket and then apply a Windjammer on top, but this mostly leads to reduced high frequency content, and doesn't have that much benefit in terms of additional wind protection. The HWC is a good option on its own if you need something less obtrusive than fur, or don't want to suffer as much HF loss c. 6000 Hz. That said, our fur is renowned for its high level of acoustic transparency, so the other/more important aspect to consider might be whether you intend to use your windshield in very windy conditions.
