A: As with any colors, the varied hues and tones on the clapper sticks of the Elvid 9-Section Acrylic Production Slate with Color Clapper Sticks (B&H# ELPS911C) can certainly be used in post production to manually and visually match them with those on one's monitor. However, they are only rough approximations of scientifically calibrated colors and are not designed to be compatible with any calibration tool nor standardized scientific color calibration specification.

Q: 7. is it better than SmallRig 2209 Cage ?

A: The SmallRig 2209 Cage and the SmallRig Silicone Monitor Case can't be compared since they are designed for different customer needs. If you're looking for a lightweight, general protective case, go for the Silicon 3448 Cage. If you're looking to add other accessories and need more durable protection, go for the 2209 Cage.

I got this as part of Vello's accessory pack that come with the battery grip and the remote shot device. I wasn't really excited about it until I realized it filtered UV light. Makes things a lot easier to see when I'm outside shooting in daylight. I was really surprised how much of a difference it made. 5

The stock screen that comes with the monitor is like a mirror. This one's not perfect but is miles better at reducing glare. As someone who pulls with the screen on, this is a necessity. It should be the standard option in my opinion. 5
