[100,000:1] I do strictly amateur stuff, often bad, and just for fun.  I did not need this monitor but I thought it would add to the enjoyment of shooting video.   I have only used it a few times and It is easy to use.  It seems to be rugged and should hold up under my type of use.  The on screen menus take a bit of getting used to but work simply and well.

The image is quite good and reflects accurately what I see in the cameras viewfinder, the small built in monitor and what is seen on our tv screen.  

I have not used any other monitors of this type so I cannot compare but I am very pleased with this monitor and with B&Hs advising me that this was a better choice for my use and budget.

[120 Hz] Setting up is as easy as plug-and-play. It's nice that they do not have any boot logo or splash screen - they simply power up and show a Brightsign LS unit's 1080p signal quickly. Colors and brightness are sufficiently vibrant for general digital signage applications.

These units are built to last. They have been inadvertently placed into 24/7 operation at our venue since around 2019, since staff never learned how or why to power them off. The only reason why I had to replace this one was because a client punctured the LCD! Even so, the video signal did not fully disappear, and the damaged unit kept chugging along. Replacement took about 30 seconds.

[Internal] I purchased this monitor after reviewing many others. I wanted something with a great picture but at a reasonable price for personal gear. I am not sure about the ghosting problems mentioned, this might be an issue with HDMI. I can speak to using with SDI. It has a clean 1080P image with great color. I shoot Red and Arri often for work and I have used many professional monitors. This monitor when using SDI has put out a great image thus far. You can also purchase a DTap to DC plug for powering the unit. It seems brighter and easier to view then some on board monitors I have used. Overall for the price I would say it is a good value monitor.

[16:9] I really love using the Dell P2418HT for live production but it's not always easy to get a hold of. I purchased this Planar model and it's proven to be a great alternative! The included stand does have really similar range of motion/angles and allows this monitor to work great as an upward facing control surface. The stand isn't quite as nice or fluid as the Dell model but so far I don't have any complaints.

Overall I'd definitely recommend this as a solid solution for live production purposes.

[Internal] Very sharp image, excellent customisable tools for exposure, easy to use and you can load your own luts. It also has the ability to select Input Levels between Full and Video. Full is essential when monitoring a log profile from the camera. When in Full mode, the waveform and histogram display the correct luma level pre-lut which is important for estimating correct exposure. This feature is missing in some more expensive monitor brands.

[178 x 178°] The image quality on this display is awesome. Using the device as a multi-view display out of my switcher.

[16:9] Bought the 7 for me and the 5 for a friend. I prefer this 5 model for the A7II I use.

Its bright, comes with a hood, and a single battery plate that takes NP and LP06 batteries. I liked that very much.

[OLED] Great display. The 43 was a perfect size for what I required. The video quality is fantastic. Having purchased a commercial display provides the assurance it was built for duty. Samsung name helps too.

[178 x 178°] I broke my previous monitor. The replacement had to be identical to my remaining unbroken monitor. It's perfect and new, and arrived so quickly! Thank you so much!

[100,000:1] This daylight field monitor is clear, bright, sharp and built well.
