A: The KLOVER MiK 26 Tactical (KM-26K-TE) does not include any electronics. It is only the parabolic collector.

Q: 7. Could this be used on a Neewer 72" parabolic umbrella?

A: This was designed for a 7' umbrella.

Q: 8. Will this item work with hot lights?

A: Depends on the 'hot' aspect of the light. If you are talking about LEDs or flourescent lights, yes. If you are talking about incandescent or halogen I would not recommend this.

Q: 9. Does this have its own built in character generator?

A: Yes it does. This switcher has an internal character generator.

Q: 10. Will this work with a westcott triple threat speedlight adapter and three speedlights?

A: Yes. I've seen this setup demonstrated in a video before. I can't find the link, or I would share it with you.

I am using this mic for a home recording studio, for live trumpet. The sound is great, and the mic isolates well from the rest of the room and can handle the directional decibels of the instrument. Solid construction and super sound. 5

Looking for a great indoor dialog mic for booming? This mic excels at it. You want a Hyper-cardiod for this application due to room reflections. I know in the up and coming video crowd you see a lot of guys using shotguns indoors - well, that's why their dialog caries strange reverberations. This is not the cheapest dialog boom mic, but certainly not the most expensive either. I think this mic is the best value for the money. I had heard good things about it before using one myself. I trusted Neumann due to some of their other exemplary microphones and decided to purchase one myself. They have not let me down. Very crisp and intelligible sound. Nicely directional pickup patter that works well for isolating your source 5

I generally use these for classical vocal ensembles and chamber music. They are very responsive and handle the highs of a soaring soprano line very well. I never have to worry about the sound being distorted. 5

I am using this to Mic an upright piano and this is the richest microphone I've ever heard that didn't use tubes. Only bad thing is that the provided stand adapter immediately scratched the surface. 5

LA Guitar Quartet brought these for their show. I was amazed at how easy it was to get their sound through the PA( Allen&Heath GL2400 mixer, QSC amps, JBL speakers). The sound can best be described as the LA Guitar Quartet only louder. Whish I had some for my own studio. 5

I collect and test mics as a hobby. I'm a professor, former TV executive and audio studio owner. I was at the Neumann/Sennheiser factory in Germany and saw the mic being made. I observed it in regular use by the Berlin Philharmonic. My use is for voice--exceptional.@ 5
