It also gives a great explanation of the differences between the various lenses and optics. Very useful and helpful with my Lensbaby Composer Pro kit.

[Yes] I read an earlier edition years ago and finally decided to buy this one. Rather technical but this is what I like. The discussion of the history of lens designs and the schematics showing the lens designs is worth the cost of the book in itself. Everything from camera movements to loading film into film holders is covered. You cannot go wrong buying this book.

[Soft] No matter your skill or experience level, John's book is a great read and guide. His writing style explains techniques in ways pretty much anyone will grasp. For the Professionals out there it has little memories that might jog you.
Enjoy and thank-you John and Ken.
