[3 TB] Easy to install, works perfectly, Came very promptly

[3 TB] I had the 8 bay TB2 and it worked super. Needed to upgrade and went for the 12 bay. It too works super. Hardware Raid is amazing. Nothing seems to slow it down. It maintains top level transfer speeds no matter what I am doing. It NEVER dips...consistent to drawer performance.

[3 TB] Works as it is intended. When I make a mirror of a hard drive, I do not have to tie-up a computer. Indicator lights on the device are a little confusing. Read the instructions.

[3 TB] Build quality is good and very nice looking. Works great with my WD 6TB Red HDD. Haven't tried it with the UASP feature, but hoping it will increase the speed when I get a new computer with the USB UASP support.

[ 3.5" HDD ] Replaced a home camera security system that’s been running continuously since 2014. The hard drive in that system was a western digital purple drive. Unquestionable reliability is the reason another WD Purple drive was purchased for the new system.

[Areca ARC-5026] Been using this for a year now and has never failed on me. Easy drive duplication. I use this for my off site drive backup, I clone the main drive every week and switch them every month to make sure both work every time. Recommend this duplicator to all my fellow editors I work with.

[3 TB] East and simple solution, nothing complicated about it. Just insert the host and target drives and press the clone button. Have been backing up my drives several times now and no issues so far. The progress light is genius! My only recommendation to the manufacturer is to make the base unit heavier, it's a bit too light and sometimes makes removing the drives a bit of a hassle, but this might just be me nitpicking. Otherwise Very happy with my unit!

[3 TB] I had old 8-bay ARC-8050 (a Thunderbolt [v1]) unit from Areca. While it kept the data that I needed, during the Mac OSX BigSur shutdown it usually timed out when I wrote something to it. I wanted to change to a higher capacity and a new Thunderbolt 3 device. I got it shipped quickly directly from a third party. I checked the order of drives in the old 8-bay ARC-8050 (top one is drive #1, bottom one is drive #8); checked the order of drives in the new 12-bay Areca unit (top left is #1, top right is #6, bottom right is #12); placed drive #1 from the old unit into drive #1 in the new one, .. etc. Connected the new unit to my Mac, booted Mac and... my drive appeared... Very and painless transfer... The new unit is very fast: write is about 1600 MB/s, read about 700 MB/s (that's 8 10TB drives configured as RAID 6 [60TB disk] with about only 4TB free on disk). I'll add more drives when I have the money :-)

[Areca ARC-5026] The drive works great but I needed to speak with two people at Buffalo to get it to rebuild.� Regardless, Buffalo will provide phone support even if the product is out of warranty.� You can't beat that.

[ 3.5" HDD ] I really like this device, One button fast drive duplication. Drives insert in each bay easily. Nice progress LED lights show you the status of the duplication.
