The Focal Kanta Stand N°1 (Pair) is a set of two optional floor stands for two Focal Kanta N°1 Bookshelf Speakers. Each stand consists of a metallic plate with damping on which to mount your speaker atop an aluminum column, standing on a base that has adjustable floor spikes with optional rubber feet. It is designed to provide optimal stability and reduce vibration. The stand is height adjustable between 24 without rubber feet / spikes and 26 inches with, and comes in a matte black finish.

A: No, this bag does not have any padding but the material is quite robust. Hope this helps.

A: Yes- but I placed shelf top yamahas for my tv/ audio center - I had 8 inch monitors on them prior- mackies -

A: That is correct.

Q: 7. Are the red dividers sewn in place or can they be adjusted? Is there a full-side red divided between the lower area and the lid? One photo suggests there is but in most it is not visible.

A: The case is purpose built and not adjustable. The front lid compartment extends the length of the lid.

Q: 8. Are the red straps red? They look orange.

A: According to the manufacturer, the color is listed as Arches Red.

Q: 9. Can you tell me if the legs fold up? Thanks

A: No, but they can be taken off by unscrewing them.

Q: 10. I only need one piece, is it possible to buy one instead of the pair?

A: The monitor stands we carry here at B&H will generally be packaged as a pair. Currently we only have one stand that ships as a single unit which is similar to the Pyle Pro PSTND35. The Quiklok BS-300.

[Aluminum] I have Elac B6s on top of these and they work and look great. The included hardware is obviously targeted for carpeted floors (they come with the very pointy spikes). I have hardwood floors so I opted to use the little rubber sticky clear pyramids that you can buy just about anywhere but unfortunately they do not come with the stands and I highly recommend them if you have hard floors. 5

[Aluminum] Well made and beautiful in my room. Very heavy. The top plate that supports your speaker is a little small but are holding my B&W 606 s2 bookshelf speakers with no problem. 5

[Aluminum] I am a musician, composer and home recordist. I loaned the IsoAcoustics 155 model stands to my son to try out and he didn't want to give them back! So I gave them to him and instead getting another paid or the 155s, I decided to give the Apertas a try. The Apertas are almost 2x the money, but whereas the 155's imaging is solid, the Apertas' is ROCK solid. I also hear increased fidelity all across the frequency spectrum. The Apertas appear to enable the monitors to function optimally, decoupling the speaker from the surface it sits on and therefore eliminating that surface from the equation. All in all, I'm glad I spent the extra money. 5

[Aluminum] Used with HD6 AudioEngine bookshelf speakers. They are function and fashion together. I wanted the speakers to be lifted slightly. These stands tilt and lift a few inches. Not cheap...but price was not the issue. The appearance and function are there. 5
