A: Hello Glanluca, The regular media for your printer will do matte or lustre. On the setup page in your computer or in the app if sending from a phone/tablet there is a check box for Matte. The default is Lustre but you can easily change the default. We change the surface based upon the voltage from the print head on the final clear coat ribbon within the printer.
