The Dual 7” LCD Multichannel Rack Monitor with 3G-SDI from Postium Korea features two 1920 x 1200 LCD panels with 1500 cd/m² brightness and 1200:1 contrast on each display into a 3 RU rack unit designed for 3G-SDI and HDMI signal monitoring. The front panel provides access to a variety of functions, including embedded audio level, waveform, and vectorscope. Inputs and outputs include 3G-SDI in/out, capable of handling signals up to 1080p60, an HDMI input, and a BNC composite input for analog video. An RS-422 input and output provide control, and a USB-A port is integrated into the rear panel of the unit for firmware updates and color calibration.

A: Unfortunately no. It is a passive loop through only. We use a Blackmagic Design Micro Converter HDMI to SDI (CONVCMIC/SH). B&H sells it for $85.00.

A: The tally is integrated with the power cable.

A: It is not. You will not be able to charge any battery you use with this monitor through the monitor itself.

A: We're afraid not. You will need to use the appropriate charger for the battery kind you are using with this monitor. The monitor itself cannot charge batteries.

[LCD] I'm using this with a canon 6D and it make is so much easier to focus! You can trim the hue and contrast but I was missing focus without it and now, it's alway spot on! 5

[32 W] This monitor works great on the camera. You could spend a lot more, but I don't know why you would want to. The quality of the video on this monitor is great, there are multiple input choices and an audio monitor. Its construction seems rugged and durable and it fits nicely in a custom slot I built into my camera bag. I bought a universal monitor mount, but this unit came with one, so don't buy the mount unless you want an extra one. Sun shade is nice but is a bit fussy to snap on - not a deal breaker, though. I'm happy with this rig. 5

[32 W] I used this one on my Sony AX2000 camcorder for a play I was recording. I needed a monitor that was lower than the camcorder and this was also larger. I found the HDMI connector works best. The composite was not clear at all and color washed out. I have a monitor already and needed an extra one for another camcorder. Can't beat the price. and the quality is just fine for what i do. 5
