A: No, it does not. The foam has to be purchased separately. The Pelican 1052 Pick 'N' Pluck Foam Insert - for Pelican 1050 Micro Case (Replacement), B&H # PEPFF1050 • MFR # 1050-400-000, would be compatible for your usage needs.

A: No foam purchase is necessary. The case comes with fixed rubber-like lining that completely covers the inner case and inner lid. The lining served as a water proof cushion that protects the case contents against water damage and shocks.

A: Yes it does. But without a case and/or cover. Otherwise you would have to remove part of the foam. Regards.

A: The only difference is the color. The B&H # PE1050MCCB is clear and black and the B&H # PE1050MCSB is solid black. This is the only difference.

Q: 10. Are inside dimensions with soft liner or without liner? I want to place 3.0 x 4.5 x 0.5 unit. Thank you.

A: That is without the liner, and the thickness is greater than 0.5 . With liner it is 2.5 x 4 x 1.75 The liner squishes almost to 2.75 x 4.25 x 1.75 The top is rounded a little at the edges, butyou could fit something 1.5 thick in it.

[Latch] I have been using Pelican Gear professionally for close to 50 years. In total I have approximately 25 of their cases and 30 of their Flashlights. The 1050 Clear Lid Micro Case (in yellow) is wonderful for both protecting your sensitive gear but also provides a Visual Inventory of crucial parts when loading for a job. This is not some little plastic box with a lid, it's a Visual Safety Kit Box! 5

[Latch] bought it in the hard drive section. fits a portable hard drive perfectly. a little bulky as all pelican cases are, but makes it safe to be out in the rain with your (now not so) portable hard drive. 5
