[Black] I could not find this part anywhere for my Soundcraft Signature 10 mixing board (Awesome board by the way!). So I googled it and happened upon B & H Photo's website. They had the custom rack mount kit for my board (They have a HUGE inventory of Pro Audio equipment). So after ordering it came very quickly and packaged very sturdily. I'm not sure about every state but in Florida there is no charge for sales tax and most items with B & H are free shipping!

The rackmount is painted in a beautiful metallic sky blue to exactly match the Soundcraft mixing board line's color scheme. It also has a pre-fabricated optional knockout that you can pop out to neatly route your cabling from your rack to the top of your mixing board. [20.74 lb] If you use a rack, and your Marantz amp isn't rack mounted, this is the ticket. Rack mounting equipment gives a professional appearance, secures the unit, and will allow you to have just the right amount of cooling space above and below your component (if needed). With the accessories available for cable management, anyone with multiple components should rack mount all of their gear.

[Black] I’ve installed this on the NR1403 (Marantz receiver/amp) and it works.

[20.74 lb] I used this to mount my Marantz AV10 in a Sanus equipment rack. The Sanus rack is a standard 19” rack but their shelves are about an 1/8” too narrow to fit the Marantz AV10. This rackmount is well made and fits the Marantz AV10 securely. You place the AV10 in the rackmount first and then there is a metal top that screws on top of the rackmount to secure the AV10. I had to screw the rackmount to the rack first prior to screwing on the metal top since the screws attaching the metal top prevented me from sliding in the rackmount. Once the rackmount was screwed to the equipment rack I was able to screw on the metal top. The clearance is tight, but once placed it is very secure.

[Black] If you professionally rack-mount your AV equipment, this is a necessary item for certain Marantz units.

[Black] Installed the RMK8003AV Rackmount Kit on my 7702AV preamp and it looked/functioned perfectly.� Despite the non-traditional profile of these Marantz models, the rackmount kit does a good job of blending the unit into the rack, although it still looks a little like a consumer unit sitting on a rack shelf.� The lower center bar affords clearance for the control panel door, but does not seem suited for providing space for airflow, so definitely plan on leaving at least a 1u space above and below the unit for cooling.� While this kit is listed for use with the SR7007, SR7008, AV8801, and AV7701 models only, it appears it will work for many others as well.� Compare your chassis to the ones listed and make your own judgement on suitability.� Thank-You Marantz for building such outstanding AV products and for providing customized options like the RMK8003AV Rackmount Kit for consumers wishing to integrate your products into standard rack cases.
