Spot foes in dark scenes.

Your frames per second displayed for real-time data.

Center-display crosshairs give enhanced vision and precision for accuracy.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How does this monitor compare to the 27GL850-B? Spec wise it seems similar but this model is $100 cheaper. From initial review it appears this one does have additional features.

A: The 27GL850 includes USB ports on the monitor that the 27GN800 does not. Additionally, the 850 is slightly slimmer. The 27GB800 is slightly newer that it was introduced in 2020 whereas the 27GL850 was 2019.

Q: 2. Does this require spacers for a VESA mount? I have 2 secretlabs monitor arms, just curious if it attaches easily.

A: Yes, you will need to get long screws to VESA mount this LG UltraGear 31.5" 4K HDR 144 Hz Gaming Monitor. See the 6th picture. Also, see pg. 13 in the User Guide - https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/1027194.pdf

Q: 3. I have a Microsoft Surface pro 7 and I'd like to hook these directly up to the computer using a UCB-C from my surface. ?

A: Yes, the LG Ergo Dual 27" 1440p HDR Monitors can be connected to your Surface Pro 7 via a dock or hub that would enumerate the single USBC port to dual display type ports.

Q: 4. Does it support HDMI 2.1 ?

A: Yes, the LG UltraGear OLED 31.5" 4K HDR 240 Hz Gaming Monitor supports HDMI 2.1.

Q: 5. Is this a good video editing monitor?

A: With 95% DCI-P3 and 95% CIE1976 color accuracy, the LG 49GR85DC-B Ultrawide Gaming Monitor could be used for video editing, although it is not the most color accurate option for this purpose.

Q: 6. Need to re-phrase my question from earlier. What type of monitor is this? Is it LED (light-emitting diode) or a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)?

A: This is an IPS type screen with a W-LED backlight.

Q: 7. Does this monitor have both picture in picture (PIP) & picture by picture (PBP) modes?

A: PiP and PbP are not stated features on the LG UltraGear 31.5" 4K HDR 144 Hz Gaming Monitor.

Q: 8. This monitor is good for photo editing?

A: Yes, this LG UltraGear 27" HDR10 240 Hz Gaming Monitor is good for photo editing. One step better would be a monitor with the Adobe RGB color gamut.

Q: 9. Its good for photo editing?

A: The LG UltraGear 27" HDR10 240 Hz Gaming Monitor features an 8-bit panel, so this would not be an ideal monitor for photo editing. I would recommend a monitor that supports 10-bit color.

Q: 10. Is this monitor compatible with Mac mini M2 for editing?

A: Yes, the LG UltraGear 44.5" DQHD HDR 200 Hz Curved Ultrawide Gaming Monitor is fully compatible with your Mac Mini M2 machine.

[27"] I recently picked up the LG 27 ULTRAGEAR™ QHD monitor, and it's been a revelation for my gaming and everyday computer use. The difference the 240Hz refresh rate makes in smoothness is amazing—everything from scrolling through web pages to moving windows around feels more fluid. Movies and games look incredibly sharp. It's not the cheapest monitor out there, but considering how much it's improved my daily computer experience, I'd say it's been a fantastic investment.

[1 ms (GtG)] I asked many of my gaming friends about monitors before purchasing one. There were several brands recommended, but I took my one fiend's recommendation of the LG and I am happy I did! This is a game changer for me with monitors. I love it! Colors are fantastic, great custom options and the display is crisp and beautiful out of the box! I work from home on my computer (and game quite a bit as well) and being able to see crisp fonts and graphics is wonderful with much less eye strain. It is a great price and is exceptional quality. The best monitor I have owned over the past 20 years.

[109 ppi] Happy with this monitor for good visuals and sufficient performance specs for more demanding applications like gaming. I actually got it to up my old screen resolution to reduce eye strain a little, which it seems to help a bit with for long sessions of focused working or gaming on my computer. It does occasionally briefly flicker black for a fraction of a second, but this isn't enough of an issue for me to even bother trying to investigate it... maybe once every two or three hours (there's a setting enabled by default that warns of flickering, but I haven't needed to try turning it off).

[IPS-Type LCD] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am by no means a tech guy, I can only go by what looks good to me and this monitor showed me definition andd colors that I had never seen before in a monitor. I use it in my home recording studio and I also use it to do work in photoshop. But what really blew me away was looking at some of the pictures that Webb Telescope had taken. They were breath taking and come to life with this monitor. I can't quote specs and such, but I do know beauty when I see it and thanks to LG, it's now a part of my life. Thank you.

[109 ppi] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my Ultragear monitors last week. They’re awesome. Perform on par with much higher end monitors. All the features, customizability, and performance you could possibly need.

[100 x 100 mm] I bought this monitor to connect to my ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming computer. And it displayed a beautiful picture. I am extremely impressed with this monitor, in every way. I especially am enjoying the curved screen and edge to edge display. Thank you LG!
