The Benro FS20PROC 2-in-1 Pan/Tilt Headfrom Benro FS20PROC 2-in-1 Pan/Tilt Headis a hybrid tripod head that is perfect for both photo and video applications. A: That is a safety button. A loosened QR plate will not disengage unless the button is pushed.

Q: 7. Can this unit be adapter to a wireless controller or is there a next step up that would not brak the bank?

A: I would think that it would take quite a bit of work to make it work wirelessly. There are 2 cables that it uses. One for the pan motor & the other for the tilt motor. They send a varying voltage to the motors to control the speed they move the cameras.

Q: 8. It looks like it requires a cable for each motor. Are there extension cables available?

A: We're afraid not. This is not a programmable head.

Q: 10. Will this head allow me to shoot portrait mode?

A: Yes, it does! It has an adjustable plate, which allows you to rotate 90 degrees, and hence move your camera from landscape to portrait mode, without putting your quick release plate on sideways. It's one of the major upgrades from the L-10

[Yes] I am using this on an iFootage Cobra monopod with feet to capture photos and videos of youth sports, amateur theatre, and wildlife. A variation of full frame mirrorless Sony cameras and larger lenses are on it to do that (e.g. A9II +200-600G, 135 1.8, etc., or other). It is stellar ... panning, tilting, stability, ease of use, confidence, on and on. I recommend it. 5

[Yes] Lightweight and easily attaches to my monopod. Yet, it's sturdy and makes it so much more comfortable to handle my 600mm prime lens. So much better than hand-holding that big lens when a tripod is not an option. 5

[Yes] Excellent tripod, its so good I bought a second one! Now I can comfortably use both of my Nikon Z Series cameras at the same time. The tripod is very stable, and for tall people its the perfect height, no more crouching to look through the camera!!! 5

[Yes] I purchased this head to mount on my monopod to support my Nikon Z 9 and 160-600 mm lens and 1.4 TC. The tilt and pan features are very smooth and easy to make adjustments to. The Arca Swiss style plate works perfectly with the KES feet on all of my lenses. 5

[Pan & Tilt Head] I use this on my star tracker to allow panos. It is light weight and very secure. I have used other that are now in the trash. This one is a keeper! 5

[Yes] I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it! He wanted one tall enough he doesn't have to bend over, with flip legs, and a 3 way pan head. The fact this head is arca swiss compatible is even better! It is rock solid. It comes with a few tools, and a clip on the leg that looks like it should hold the allen wrenches, but I couldn't get them in it. It has both spikes and rubber feet, but you have to switch them out. A better solution would be the rubber spins down over the spike. My opinion. 5
